"Good Bluetooth headset", I lost my old plantronics 320 and bought this Voyager 520. This headset is better. Cuts noise as people cannot figure out whether I am driving or not. But the heavy wind noise gets in a little bit. This product is a good buy. I used my prime shipping option and got it in 2 business days. No problem. I will recommend this product.

"Great Device", Going for a more contemporary look in a black and silver scheme the Voyager 520 offers a simple tear-drop Bluetooth headset design that will not be confused with the Borg-like design of the Plantronics 510. Measuring in at 2.5x0.7x0.5 inches and weighing almost 1 ounce, it is all about comfort.

The headset is a simple in-ear earpiece that sits comfortably just inside the ear canal without any discomfort. The Voyager 520 also has an ear hook that's made out of a flexible silicone material, that allows for full rotation to fit either ear. The multifunction toggle can be pressed down for handling calls, and acts as a volume rocker when moved up and down. Above the toggle is an LED that glows blue or red depending on the function.

Pairing up is a smooth and effortless process thanks to Plantronics' QuickPair system that automatically sets the Voyager 520 to pairing mode the moment it's turned on. Once it's paired, the QuickPair mode will remain inactive until the devices have been unpaired. Call quality is great, probably thanks to Plantronics' AudioIQ technology that reduces background noise and enhances the sound of the natural voice. As usual there was some disturbance in windy environments, but it wasn't too serious.

Other features of the Plantronics Voyager 520 include the typical ability to answer, receive, and end calls; last number redial; voice dial support; the ability to transfer calls from the headset to the phone and vice versa; as well as a battery indicator. You can also pair it with more than one Bluetooth device, then toggle between the two with the Voyager 520's MultiPoint technology.

The Plantronics Voyager 520 purchased at Amazon comes only with a charging cradle. Battery life has been running about 8-10 hours. Overall, I am quite impressed with the Voyager 520 and would highly recommend it.

"I chose wisely Obi Wan", This was my first headset so I read up and the Plantronics voyager 520 was highly touted and a great price on Amazon. In a nutshell, I love it. It receives well in the same room as the phone with no interference worn across my body like some. The charger is great and easy to use and the instruction booklet and setup seamless.

"Pleased but...", Purchased the Voyager 520 approximately a month ago. Amazon got it to me via "Super Saver Shipping" and that went with out any problems.

No problem "pairing" the 520 to my Blackberry Pearl 8130. Straight forward, worked first time.

520 is easy to use! One button does it all; push and hold to turn on or off, push quickly to answer and hangup, push up and down for volume.

I'm not in to the "cyborg" look while eating in a restaurant or walking in the local "chain" store but it is comfortable enough to wear all the time if you like that look.

Volume of the earpiece is good for driving and normal office environments, I don't believe it would be as good in a noisy (sports bar or during a sporting event). The mic does a good job of pickup up your voice but it tends to amplify other noise (moving plates while making dinner) exponentially!

When asking people how I sound, it is mixed. One person told me my voice "flutters", another person said "hollow" but most people seem to notice very little difference but everyone knows you are on a cell phone.

It fits my ear great, easy to put on and take off and very comfortable. It comes with a charging base for holding the earpiece in an up right position on your desk, but you don't need to use it. The standby time and talk time isn't as good as my previous headset but I can go a couple of days on standby and haven't run out of power in the middle of a conversation. Though once power does get low, it will dramatically drop the range and intermittently loses the connection to my Blackberry.

3 Stars because of the annoying extraneous noises it picks up and dropping the connection to the phone during low power (no notice from the headset why this is happening unless you are actually in the middle of a call and the headset emits a low, occasional beep).

Price for performance is good, $39 is reasonable and I wasn't willing to spend $100+ on the other headsets. You get what you pay for so I didn't expect miracles from it.

"Great", This piece has been working fine, but if you sync it with two phones, it sometimes doesn't pick up calls accordingly for some reason while it should be, and sometimes you might get some static noise during a call. Other then that it's perfect.
About the seller (Amazon.com), smooth transaction, item as described, and arrived on time.

"Works great", I was really torn between this Plantronics & the more expensive Discovery. I went the cheap-y route & was glad that I did. I only bought this for the Ca law & normally use my earbuds with my iPhone to listen to music. Other then that I just leave the plantronics in my car. But it sounds great, last a decent amount of time.

"Good product", I've only had this bluetooth for a month but so far so good. Sometimes when I'm outside other people have said they have trouble hearing me due to the surrounding noise, but it could just be cars going by or strong winds, which would probably happen with any bluetooth. It's comfortable and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

"Very good but not GREAT!", I think that this is a good product. The volume is high enough. I had a Motorola that was way too low. However, I have to agree with some of the other reviews in that sometimes when listening I hear a crackling noise. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it annoying.
