"GREAT PRODUCT", I LOVE MY JAWBONE 2. IT IS THE FIRST BLUETOOTH THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN BACK. IT IS LIGHT AND CHARGES FAST. I BARELY CAN TELL ITS ON MY EAR. "Like it but dont love it, ear piece is a bit of an issue", I ordered the well known jawbone and was so excited to get it, I was able to get the right ear bud, and well the piece that holds it over your ear is another story! I have had nothing but issues keeping it on and in the small hole provided, it seems to twist and turn on its own, or perhaps I just dont know what I am doing....not likely! Over all not a bad headset...but who knows maybe it has to GROW on you! Good luck!

"Uncomfortable ear fit", The reception is great. The only problem is with the fit.The directions said the jawbone has to touch your face at all times. I could not get mine to do that no matter how much I bent the wire as instructed. The smallest ear bud provided is still too large. When using the jawbone I have to hold it to my face when talking. This defeats my purpose for buying it. If I could get a smaller ear bud,that would solve that problem I think.

"Best Bluetooth Headset", I love the sound quality of this headset. I've had a dozen different headsets and this is the best. I owned and loved the original Jawbone, but it never quite fit right. I have smaller ears and this Jawbone ear piece works great for me. My husband also has this headset and hated it, because his ears are large. But he got a set of the Jabra Ear Gels - Clear (sold at amazon.com) and that solved his problem. Now he likes the Jawbone, too. Works great with iPhones.

"Jawbone 2 Bluetooth", So far, this is the best bluetooth in the market. It's sleek, rich-looking, beautiful and sexy. It's definitely worth the money. I even bought another one for my partner, Scott.

"Excellent Piece of Technology", To give you an idea of the type of user I am; I have owned two previous headsets from Jabra and have been pretty disappointed with the sound quality. Though I wouldn't consider myself a super techno savy person, I do understand a lot about it and do enjoy staying up to speed on the newest gadgets. So here is my initial review of the jawbone.

I was recommended this headset from a co-worker who tried it out and said it was great. So I read some reviews and then decided to purchase it. There were two reasons; 1: I was tired of holding the phone to my head on long conversations and when driving, 2: I needed to block out the ambient noise from what seems to be my over sensitive microphone on my phone.

I continued to read reviews while it was being shipped and got nervous from reading all the negative reviews about the poor sound quality and that it didn't fit correctly. When my Jawbone came, I wasn't sure how I would like it. I opened it and tried it out right away. Let me tell you, all the noise of the cars and firetrucks rushing by my condo window were cut out, no more banging dishes, rustling of plastic bags, cats meowing, or roommates yelling, made it through to the other side of the line. This technology is amazing!

I can see how fit could become an issue but for me the fit is great. I think the device has enough ways to adjust it that it should fit MOST people. Either that or I have a "normal" face. The device is so light that I don't feel it touching my face and I sometimes forget I have it on. In the end, I am extremely happy with this piece of technology and would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for similar features.

"this is filled with design flaws", this jawbone is filled with design flaw
1. placement of connect/disconnect button where every time you adjust the head set it gets pressed disconnecting the active call
2. ear loops are not flexible to fit perfectly around my ears hence it keep loosening and eventually falling off(even with all the custom sizes acc..)
3. earloops are made of plastic and is designed to break easily leaving the own with no choice but to buy the earloop (very bad ethics)
4.leather loops are worthless it collects sweat and becomes sogy

who ever designed and approved this product didn't do a full analysis of the design before sending it in for production

"Good fit, excellent audio quality, beautiful design", The fit is great, its comes with 3 in ear rubber size pieces, and 3 ear loop sizes. The in ear rubbers work fine, but they are extremely perfectly comfortable after an hour or more. i'm testing their new beta ear peices and its much softer on the ear! So hopefully they go mass production with that.

Sound quality is GREAT! I bought two, one was perfect, but I lost it. The second was great but had some underwater noise on the other end, I called Jawbone support and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. This replacement was perfect on audio quality. I can have my windows down in up to around 40mph and people can still hear me clearly and not really hear the background noise. I was near a construction zone and my gf couldn't hear the noise.

Great size and style, definitely a beautiful look.

"It's lightweight - so there's that :o(", I should have believed the reviews I read all over the internet, but I could not believe that a follow-on product to the original Jawbone could be such a flop. I was wrong. This "improved" Jawbone is a really annoying product. Here is a summary of the "cons" of this product.

1. It's difficult to get it to fit properly, and if it comes loose while you are talking and you try to adjust it - say goodbye to your caller - the button is so sensitive that it hangs up on your caller instantly.

2. The battery is so poor that you can't even go an entire day without having to recharge it - this is entirely unforgivable as the previous model would last up to a week at times with sporadic usage.

3. You have to press the button for 2 full seconds to reconnect to the phone - and it loses connection much easier than the previous model - the range on this product is simply awful.

4. You have to press the top button for 2 full seconds to initiate voice commands. This thing fits so badly that pressing the button will dislodge it. So you have to use your index finger and thumb & hold your arm up like that for 2 full seconds - painful for many of us with arthritis - I no longer use voice commands it's so annoying a process with the new Jawbone II.

Pros? It sounds OK, though it crackles from overload when I turn it up loud enough to even hear the thing - the previous Jawbone would deafen me at the same volume setting (i.e old Jawbone - volume at "0", new Jawbone II, volume @ "10"). Oh, and did I say it was lighter than the old model?

What an utterly disapointing product this is.


"Needs improvement ", I bought this Jawbone with great expectations. I must admit the fit is nice and the person I'm talking to also sounds good. The problem is everyone I talk to tells me it sounds horrible. It cuts in and out and I've even been asked if I'm in the bathroom! I exchanged it for a new one thinking it might be a defective one but no luck. I guess I will keep searching for the right one.
