"good... Deserves a 4/5"
Well i Received the product 2 days ago, It arrived earlier then i expected. So pretty fast shipping and i live in Turkey. It arrived 6 days earlier.

Cons: Touch Screen is not very sensitive, there is no place to put the Pen in. Also The Converter programs are pretty confusing because there are too many.

Pros: it is a pretty good mp4/mp3. it has a 8GB memory, It comes with Silicon protector which is useful, and the Earphones are good. Also it can play videos and has a Radio. But a slight problem in videos is sometimes the screen goes green while fast forwarding. the Battery Life is long like 4+ hours (i couldn't really keep track) and you can play your songs by Shuffle option or Repeat e.t.c

Other then that it can play games (only 1 installed) Which isnt bad. More Software can be installed in it but i didnt try yet. The camera is i think 1 or 2 mega pixels . So average. It can be a nice Gift to any one and i recommend it.

"If you want a cheap Chinese knockoff, this is the thing for you! If not? well..."
First of all, reading through these reviews, I seriously think that several different versions are being reviewed here. There are people talking about CDs and firmware upgrades, mine did not come with a CD. Some people said that the software only helped if you had Win98, others referred to software that would convert video - I wish it had been included, because it was not easy to find. More on that below.

If you are someone who has fairly picky standards for your gadgets, please, save your money and buy an iPod touch. I wish I had. But, my 11 year old thinks it's cool because it has the touch screen, and it does work, so it's not like i can send it back. For the price (around[...] at this writing), it's decent, but it tries to be too many things for that amount of money, and would have been better off if it had done fewer things, and done them better.

For those of you, like me, trying to make the best of this gadget, here are some observations and tips:

The screen: is not tremendously responsive. Also, the system is extremely laggy. Tap, and wait. Scrolling down the list of files is a bit tricky - tapping the arrows at the top or bottom will make it move down one screen, but might not let you get all the way to the bottom, and if you click once too many, it bounces back up. Carefully click-dragging the scrollbar works, but not well.

Music player: no complaints. It's actually kind of nice to navigate by folder rather than by the various meta tags - though if you're used to having those lists by album/artist/genre, well, it could be a little annoying. I'm fine with the folders.

FM Radio: why bother? Maybe it gets reception outside, but, I gave up after tuning into the closest/most powerful stations and getting loads of static.

Camera: well, in bright daylight, it is about as good as a mediocre camera phone from a few years ago. If you absolutely must take a picture, it will ... after a while. It really, really lags after you click camera. Video: again, quality similar to an old camera phone. Better than no camera, but not by much.

Games: Game, actually. Tetris. Can't figure out if there's a way to 'hurry up' the bricks when they're moving slowly, and without that, I lack the patience to get through the first level at that painfully slow speed. Another why bother.

Videos: If you didn't get a CD with some software to convert video, you can download it here:[...](you will want the Sonix7 Pro version). If the video you're converting is in the 16x9 aspect ratio, make sure to select that before encoding, and it will pad the video. [...] is a good resource also, it explains a lot of details about the ROCKCHIP (which this player uses). Getting the video to actually play is a little tricky, especially if the movie is full-length. i find it easier to select a tiny short video and then click the forward arrows to get to the larger video, otherwise it seems like it's never going to start.

Oh, and the headphones are just terrible.

So, with music and video both working at this point, I'm ready to say I'm relatively happy with this little gadget, though I only recommend it if you really, really want a cheap Chinese knockoff and are willing to put up with a very slow, laggy interface, and a *lot* of annoying quirks. It does have a nice screen for watching movies, and it does store a lot of media with the 8GB on board and optional micro SD.

Still, I should have held out for an iPod. If nothing else I'd have about 8 hours of my life back, that I spent trying to figure out the video encoding before finally finding the software. Oh well, you live and you learn. At any rate, you live :)

"not worth it"
well I opened it and it's smaller than I thought. I tried the camera which "is total cr#p", it takes ugly pictures and the camera the same thing. I think toys for kids that have cameras are better than this product. it plays mp3 songs, well I only have mp3 song. The radio works, it wouldn't at the beginning. I just press where it says auto. and sometimes it doesn't play when I unplug the earphones. It comes with just one "a game very simple one".
it doesn't play .avi like it says. I don't know what was the problem, but Its wouldn't install on my computer, and I got the lastest laptop there is HP I tried it on my PC and it wouldn't install. it has a converter for video files, which I used but this product but it didn't recognized it as a file. I tried many but they didn't work. not mp4 videos. not flv videos. This product came with a file that said it was avi video, but when I added the videos to it, they didn't work. The earphones are very cheap so better buy better ones. It does record songs played on FM radio.
I'm still trying to me it work.

"Lousy Chinese Knockoff"
Absolute piece of junk. Bought one from another vendor. Spend the money for a name brand solution.

"slow shipping but good device"
i recommended this to any body who want a cheap device that has a big screen for movies and a game.....but the music list should have be uprade it but it still cool...shipping was slow for me it took 2 weeks and 2 day from boise idaho to louisville Kentucky and u can only put or have it on standard shipping as i said it great had trouble downloading avi files to play but just read watever it say its all correct

What our customer's say!

"Great MP3 and Video player", I bought this for my son's 12th B-day. He uses and I-touch every day at school and wanted one for home. But I felt they were too expensive for a 12 yr old with ADHD. Especially since he left his $30 MP3 player out for our great dane to eat. Anyway, He loves this one as much as the I-touch with the exception of internet access. He says the touch response is a bit slower but not bothersome, the video and music plays just as good and the text is similar. He truely loves it.

We received the original one way earlier than expected. During the Christmas rush at that. I loaded a few movies and pics quickly and then wrapped it up for his B-day. About 5 days later when he opened it the colors on the screen were all scrambled up. I contacted the company by email including pictures of what was wrong with it and with in the hour they offered a replacement and sent me a shipping label. I sent it back the day before Christmas and got it back within 2 weeks. Every question was answered immediately and were very easy to understand.

The video player is great. The MP3s load and play quickly. The ability to load several full length movies at once is wonderful. We travel 3 hours to take my son to a children's hospital. So, it is extremely convienant to not have to pack the portable dvd player and different movies and change it every hour or two and we don't have to charge it as often either. Plus you have the additional MP3 player to pack and then you have to keep track of all this stuff and it takes up room in the vehicle, uggh it's a headache. With this, it all fits in one pocket. It's great.

If you have children who like their movies and music while traveling I definately recommend this. And my son says it's a great gift too!

The radio works and is simple to set up. We get clear signal and sound.

The camera on this is a little aggrivating and low quality but it's enough to sufice a 12 yr old.

The game that came on it really stinks but I'm going to try to find other games to load on it.

All and all I am very satisfied with the response and service of this company and the device itself. I only rated this a 4 because the origanal had an issue. I'm considering getting myself one so I can show off those family pics, download text to read books on my breaks, and have music to listen to while I work.

"thank you ", While got the product after christmas the product is just what we wanted and the company was very involved in the whole process in trying to get the item to us before christmas. Still very please with how the company handled themselves...you don't see much of good customer service these days.

"CRAP", No instructions, no way of transferring the files from the disc to the player. No software, No drivers compatible with XP

Not user friendly

"Awesome deal for the price", I bought this for my 14 year old daughter for Christmas, but actually gave it to her a couple weeks early. She has hardly put it down since then! (just to recharge while she sleeps!) She REALLY loves it. The first MP3 she's owned, and it only took about an hour for her to feel comfortable with it. The camera is not the greatest, but it takes fairly decent pics - (the MP3 was main function she wanted anyway & that alone would make this device a great deal, all extras besides were just icing), and she has already replaced the earbuds with better quality, but for the money this is an awesome deal. It only took about 1 week to arrive from Idaho to east US - way earlier than Amazon's estimated delivery time. It came in a nice box making it easy gift-giving. This player has been used almost continuously since she has received it, and so far, there have been no problems. It's a really nice looking device, and most of her friends think it's a touch iPod, until she tells them differently.

"pro ebiz 8gb model is excellent", This pro ebiz player is really great, it has a neat camera mode with about seven different modes to play with,
zoom x4, speed of photo taken x6, picture size x5,brightness x5, color hue x5, along with light sensitivity changer x6, along with pixel settings x4, wich is excellent for all types of photos. It also takes low quality videos in mp4 format, the pictures are jpeg.
The music player is again excellent, not only can you play most music formats, but in has a lyrics reader. (a lycric writer also comes with the mp4 disk.) plus the playlist mode is very user friendly. The player also has a alright video player, it runs avi videos at 320X240 with dvix encoding, the player comes with a disk which has all the codecs you need and media players to make a smooth transition to converting most movies file to xvid avi format, which also compresses the video so you can have a lot of videos on it. the photo viewer is nicely made with smooth transitions & a slideshow option. The players radio is not very user friendly, but you can figure it out in about 15 minutes. It can save about 20 presets, & has about 4 different radio modes. The player also has a text reader or e-book, that you can set to time the pages to turn or manual turn the pages on it. However the recorder is not high quality, it tends to pick up all noise however if speak louder then most background noise you can hear yourself quiet clearly. The game on here is tetris, it's kind of slow, with no speed up button either. Now here are few problems with this player, the audio jack isn't the best, but it will work when you adjust your headphone pair to a set place. The other problem is sensitivity, it's more like one of those cheap touch screen feel, & picks up more like buttons. All considered though, for about 70$ it is well worth it, & I would definitly think about buying a new product by these people when it comes out.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Great Buy!", I received my MP4 Player yesterday and I am very pleased. I loaded songs immediately with no problems. It took me a little longer to figure out how to load videos but finally read the instructions and bingo! I got it to load. I have Windows XP and had to load the drivers from the included disk. For the money you can't beat this little player. I looked at the local department stores and couldn't find one that would do all that this one does and the ones that came close were several hundred dollars.

"Don't even bother", I picked this up to replace my 13 yr old childs sandisk. Touchscreen is what they asked for for christmas, and I am hesitant to pick up anything over $100 this first go around because 13yr olds tend to abuse small electronics more than us adults.
Well, you get what you get what you pay for with this device.
I plugged it in/turned it on. To my suprise, the battery was about 3/4 charged, and my computer recognized the player without problem. I left it plugged in so it could charge up to full, and installed the software for it. Once fully charged, I attempted to update the firmware using their supplied cd (with firmware update and firmware on it). It took about 4 tries to get it to recognize the unit, but finally it connected, initialized, and installed successfully.
Unfortunately, this is where my experience with this player ends, because after I shut off the unit, it never turned back on.
Its been 5 days now, the seller responds with 'not good, firmware is tricky, the firmware on the cd is not newer than whats on the device, and I'll see if I can find the appropriate firmware to reload it'.
WTH? Why doesnt the unit report what version of firmware is on it? (it shows you that the current version is 00.000)
Why is the WRONG version of firmware included with the cd?
I'd love to be able to review the features of this 'mp3 player', but it sounds like I got off lucky. Just 2 hours into ownership (and I never even got to copy one song over to it or play it) and its dead, saving me countless hours of frustration 'fixing it' for my kid.
Read the reviews. I chose to ignore them and hoped that it'd be just good enough to work as a gift for a teen. It never even made it into the giftbox. Hands down the cheapest and most worthless purchase Ive made here and I'll be ALOT more leery in the future.

"Slow and freezes", This product sounds too good to be true and it is. Within 24 hours of receiving it, it froze completely up. A few days later it started working again but very sensitive to freezing and very slow responsiveness. Our 10 year old son received this as his birthday gift and the look of disappointment he had was heartbreaking. Invest in something better quality.

"Refund", I recently purchased a MP3 player only to find out hours later that my wife and i duplicated ths present for my son. So I sent out a request for a refund and told them what happened. within 2 days my request was compleated. not bad for a weekend. i will keep these guys in mind for my next purchase. THANKS AGIAN "Clones 4 Less"

"I Love It!!", My husband bought this for me as an early Christmas present. It's awesome. I'm not very technically savvy, but it was so easy to figure out. The manual is clearly written, which was unespected given the fact that it's a Chinese Model.

One of the reasons (besides cost) that I wanted a Chinese model insead of an iPod was that I am kind of weird about organizing my music. I have a broad taste in music, so I organize by genre, then by artist and by album after that. As far as I know, an iPod doesn't allow for that. This model does. I can import the music in the folders as it is organized on my computer. So easy!

I love that it's expandable by memory cards. The screen has a great picture quality, and I plan to put movies and books on the cards. You can read any book in a text file on it while you're listening to music...Super Cool!

A few people complained that when they plug it into their computer, it's reads as two devices. This is because it's expandable by SD cards. When there is not a card in the player, then the secondary drive noted on the computer is not accessible. When there is a card in the player, you can access the drive to add and delete files as normal. Also, the player has a function to tell you how much space is left on both, which is helpful if you want to fill it with as a many files as possible!

The games are ok. Not great, but ok. You can never go wrong with the classic Tetris, but I might look into adding more games onto it.

One of my complaints is that the stylis they send can't be attatched to the player anywhere. But it does come with a rubber sleeve for the player, so for now I've just slipped the stylis into the sleeve between it and the player.

The screen is not super sensitive, which I suppose is both good and bad.

As far as I've been able to tell, there is not a shuffle option. For now, that is my biggest peeve.

Overall, this is a great player for an even better price. I would definitely reccommend it to friends and family!
