"Great Service", I love my Hoover Windtunnel Vacuum, but unfortunately, it eats belts on a regular basis. Being unable to find the parts locally, I searched Ebay and found United Vacuum. Their site was easy to navigate and find the parts that I needed. The parts were very cheap compared to other sites that I visited. I received the parts quickly and the belts fit great. I was up and running in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the replacement brush roll that I ordered had been damaged in shipping (thanks UPS). I was pretty busy that week, so I waited till the weekend to email their customer service. I figured that someone would reply in a few days. Boy was I wrong, a customer service representative called me in about 20 Minutes! This was on a Saturday! He let me know they were sending me a replacement brush roll immediately. Wow! If you need vacuum cleaner parts, buy them here. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else.
