"Click Free", Great product. worked perfectly. So simple- just plug it in and in minutes you are backed up.

"Not quite as easy as advertised.", I had a problem getting the device to autostart and had to have technical support help to get the system started. The device will not copy files from an external drive. My external drive is the location for the majority of my backup. I have to copy from the external drive backup files to the C drive and then copy my files. After going through these steps the device worked as I expected.


"Exceelent product", It works as easy as advertised. It takes a little time the first back-up session, but after that it's quick and easy.

"Clickfree automatic backup", Clickfree works as well as the review in our local paper said it would. I had experienced difficulty with a Maxtor unit and could never get it to back up everything, although it clearly had the capacity to do so.

"Automatic Backup", worked great the first time. What a convenience to have my wife back up her lap top without having to deal with complex program interface. No files, folders or programs to select or deselect. Just plug it in and it gets done quickly and easily.

"Computer Back-up", I had previously purchased a - Clickfree Automatic Backup for PC for my office and wanted one for home. It was impossible to find it anywhere else so I decided to try Amazon.com and there it was. I received it in a couple of days. It is so wonderful to just plug in and back up. One of the men at work was transferring from one computer to another and something happened and he was unable to retrieve his info so all he had to do was go to the clickfree and click on restore and it put all of his work on the new computer. After the initial backup it only takes seconds to backup as it only looks for new files. I highly recommend everyone purchasing this lifesaver. you will not regret it.

"GREAT PRODUCT - easy and quick backup of all my files!", Although I'm pretty technically adept, I have been dreading backing up all my old photos and files from my two home computers. After a recent scare, I decided I had to get the backup done. Although I already own an external hard drive, I purchased this product a couple of days ago and it arrived last night. I opened the box, plugged the hard drive into my laptop and it worked just as promised and started automatically backing up my files. A while later it was DONE....I never had to do anything else.

Then, I went upstairs to my "ancient" desktop to back up those files. For some reason, there was a small problem but I followed the trouble shooting directions in the package and within a couple of minutes I was backing up a second computer. Now, I have almost 10,000 photos of the last few years safe and sound on my new hard drive.

I would recommend this product to anyone. Even if you know how to back up on "standard" hard drives or CDs, the time and effort it takes makes the process painful. If you are not someone who is not comfortable with computers and are worried you'll "do it wrong", this is DEFINITELY the thing for you!

Sorry to sound like a commercial, but this hard drive made a task I'd been dreading for weeks very easy. Now I'm so relieved to have all my photos and files backed up and safe.



"Does not work", I have called clickfree twice and they have promised to send a replacement device, they have not done so. I am now past the 30 day return to Amazon. I am not a happy customer. This device does NOT work as promised.

"Great product!", Works exactly as promised. Just plug it into the USB port and it will do the rest for you! It saves common files, which includes pretty much anything you use on a regular basis unless you are doing very specialized work. Documents, spreadsheets, email files, photos, videos, you name it. It also saves files according to which computer they came from, so if you back up more than one computer in one device, it will keep everything organized. I used to be a slacker about doing backups, but with this it just takes two seconds on your part and the device does the rest! I also like that the backup process can run very smoothly in the background while you keep using the computer, without making the computer sluggish.
