"The best COD hands down", Online gameplay is relentless like it's players, which only drives me to keep playing and improve the skills;) I was never a fan the older COD games until my friend invited me to try this out one day.. I didn't like it at first due to my hands being accustomed to the Halo 3 buttons layout. Once I got used to the controls I was hooked!! The storyline isn't that bad at all either. I had a little trouble completing certain levels of the game on Veteran and I have yet to complete the "Mile High Club" acheivement :( This game has been out for a while but many people still play it. I recommend it to those Halo, Battlefield, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six or any FPS fans :D

Note: I don't have COD5 yet so I can't compare it to that....yet.

"HELP????", NEVER RECEIVED - PAID FOR BUT TO DATE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AMAZON AGAIN!!!

"Not that great as a whole", I picked this game up after my friends raved about it. I come to the 360 after being mainly a PC gamer for years. Now I know there are differences when it comes to console games VS pc games. I was a die hard Battlefield 2 fan. If your expecting to get even a quarter of the same experience on COD4 as you would on battlefield, then look elsewhere. The single player is short and rather dull. Online play is full of 13 year olds and the balance of people with powerups compared to new guys coming in is horrible. If your looking for a good game that you can learn easily, pick up within a minute of starting the console and get into quick, then pick up the Orange box and play Team Fortress 2. This game needs some serious balance work and the thirteen year olds who have hacked their controllers with rapid burst buttons own the game.

"Best FPS Yet", This is by far the best FPS game I have played. The campaign was awesome and the multiplayer mode is the best I have played. The game is a very addicting and is a must have game for the 360.

"IF GAME DOESN'T WORK DON'T EXPECT A REFUND", First, I have no complaints about this game - mostly because I haven't seen it yet. I bought this for my nephew and he was so deeply disappointed because it did not work. After speaking to multiple customer service reps at X-Box (who were wonderful) - they determined that Amazon must have sold him a bogus copy even though it read as though it was North American made. Amazon did NOT mention that I would not be able to return this item if it had been opened - how am I supposed to know if it works unless I open it?? Amazon tried to give me a gift coupon for not even half of what I paid - of which I will never use since I will never shop on Amazon again.

"Call of Duty and your Mom", So if you hadn't bought this game then you're RPG nerd. There are more things about this game that other developers should take note of. First the single player experience has so many different mission with different feels in combat and different forms instead of the usual gun and run games. This game takes part in two different teams, one with british SAS and the Marines. From the a level where you're sneaking past guards by crawling on stomach from level that would make the Alamo seem like nothing. This game's muliplayer is the best so far then any other online multiplayer game. It's addicting, fun, and with new weapons as a incentive for playing so much makes the time past by so quickly.

"Great Game, Short Single Player", First off, I love all types of FPS from the original Wolfenstine to alot of the newest releases (looking forward to Left4Dead). The story was intense, but short, it almost felt like at the end they hurried it since they wanted to get it released. I haven't played multiplayer online yet, but with some friends so I cannot truely give a full review of the online feel. With my friends we noticed how each class has different ablities which help keep the game interesting and fun. It is a great addition to my games and I would have given it 5 stars except for the short single player.

"No hyperbole...", But this is really the realization of the ideas and perfection of the gameplay that past Call of Duty games have hinted at. Call of Duty 2 wowed many gamers into buying the first wave of Xbox 360s, and Call of Duty 4 should not disappoint. A complex, refined multiplayer along with a cinematic single-player campaign make this the package that FPS players have been looking for.

"Worth every penny", I bought this game a olmost a year ago and still love it, story was very good with the action and sound design on multiplayer was just very impresive. pulled everything i would want in a first person shooter

"Great Campaign, even better multiplayer", I started out borrowing this game from a friend for like a month, but now its been 3 months and he doesn't have his game and im still happily playing it. I used to play Halo 3 a lot more than i have recently began to play this game. It requires strategy and thinking tactically. It also challenges your sense of hearing and seeing.The campaign is thoroughly well done, making it feel quite realistic and enveloping. Online multiplayer lets you join in the middle of games and lets you readily keep track of your stats(K/D ratio, win/loss ratio, headshots, assists, etc.)The weapons are all real modern generation weapons, all customizable to ur liking. The only thing i could say isn't good is the annoying voices of 10 year olds screaming in your ear and using the vulgar language that they don't know, plus the fact that there are some glitchers or people who use turbo controllers. NO, I do not work for Infinity Ward or Activision. Good luck and have fun on Xbox Live!!!!!!!
