"button trouble", I read so many great reviews for this, I was sure I was ordering the perfect (or as near to perfect as possible) Bluetooth earpiece. However, I've been struggling with it since I started using it. Once I got the fit right, I found it to be much more comfortable than my old over-the-ear model, and the sound is fairly clear. My problem has been with the button. Sometimes it responds to my pressing it, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried difference degrees of pressure, making sure I hold it vs. double pressing, but with little success. I have accidentally redialed people so many times, it's really embarrassing. I would exchange it, just in case mine happens to be defective, but there are no exchanges and I'd have to pay the current price (much more than the Cyber Monday deal). Not real happy with it right now.

"Strongly recommend", This is my first bluetooth device and I bought this after many hours of reading reviews and complaints about the different ones out there. I have used Plantronics products before and hence I decided to give them a try. The Plantronics Discovery 925 is a very nicely shaped and sized earpiece. It comes with three different eartips for different ear sizes. I still have a little trouble getting it to stay in place but that's my ear rather than the eartips.

My conversations were very clear and didn't have any background noise. I like the fact that this earpiece can be used with two cellphones. The elegant storage case is also a charging base as well an extra battery pack if you keep the storage case charged before going on a trip. The earpiece did not run out of battery during any single day before I returned it to its storage case. Strongly recommend this product.

"Fantastic!", What a great product. Awesome comfort and quality. Looks great on your face, and won't fall out. The charging case is really cool also, you can charge your device on the go with it and keep it safe from being squashed when you're not using the headset.

All around fantastic product by Plantronics, I am very happy with my purchase.

The only problem I had with this headset is that it beeps a lot and, I'm not sure what I did, but it released a very high-pitched, almost deafening tone into my ear. I don't know how to reproduce this, but it wasn't pleasant.

"Wow!", Really like the way it fits once you get it adjusted to your ear. That will take a little practice. But it fits well enough it takes a direct hit to knock it out of your ear. Great wind noise reduction and sound quality. Wish it had more than 3 sound levels. High level is to high and med is low for me.

"looks good but the the sound quality is no very good", In first two months,it's a very good product.It looks cool and the sound quality also very good.However,after two months,when I talk with my friends with this bluetooth earpiece he told me that he can't easily hear what I say.So I realized the earpiece is broken.I don't know why how it be broken.I never fall down it on ground.So,if next time I choose Bluetooth earpiece I will not choose Plantronics.

"The 925 lives up to it's billing", I love the bluetooth, but I have 1 major problem. The ear piece covers that the supply do not fit into my ear. Once I think I have the earpiece secured it falls out. I'm in the process of trying to purchase a new earpiece cover. Besides the earpiece problem which can sometimes be frustrating it's a great device.

"Plantronic 925 BEST earpiece", To all Customers looking at this product. Look no further. This earpiece without a doubt is the best I have used. I have had four other ear pieces that did not live up to this Plantronic 925. First - The sound volume is very high and clear. Second - range of bluetooth is great, so don't have to have your phone in your shirt pocket and bend your head down to get a connection. Third- Additional Battery in charging case charges your battery on the go. Final - Works right out of the box, never lost connection, voice dialing works great, no bulky wrap around ear piece.

"Good for use", I used it for over 1 month till now. It fits in ear perfectly and didn't feel any pain in ear while using it. I liked the pouch cum battery recharger. I helps you to recharge when you do not have access to power.

"Very good product, but overpriced", I bought the Plantronics Discovery 925 on Black Friday for a steep discount. There are many things I like about this product, and it's the best bluetooth headset I've tried to date.

Pros:
-Volume works well, I have no problem hearing anyone in the car or otherwise.
-Looks great.
-Fits extremely well in your ear. The small plastic ear pieces allow you to fit the product to the size of your ear. And it doesn't have that ugly, annoying hook around the ear.
-Battery life is excellent.
-It comes with a nifty little travel case that also provides a full charge to the headset.
-Very easy to pair with any headset. Took me less than 30 seconds.

Cons:
-Price. This product is about $50 overpriced in my opinion (@ $129 retail)
-When the battery is dying, it beeps 3 times in a row every 3 seconds incessantly until you charge it.
-Volume button is a button that toggles between volume levels, and you have to go through all of them to get back to the original level. A + and - button would have ben better.
-Range could be a little better.


All in all, I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't mind the price or can find it on a discount. This is a great product, and overall the best bluetooth headset I've tried so far.

"Discovery 925", I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She loves this earpiece because it is small, lightweight and comfortable.She wears it all day long and doesn't complain about it hurting her ear. I tried it and compared to my other earpiece the 925 is very comfortable.
