"Great mp3 player "
The Sansa Fuze was better than I expected. It is very simple to use. All I had to do was plug the USB cord into my computer and the player automatically popped up in windows media player. It's also very cute and stylish.

"Love this product"
I love this product. It was easy to set up and it is really small and I love the color.

"yes It works with a G5 mac"
I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas with the hope that it would work with a mac. I wanted a player that was bigger than an ipod shuffle (so I could catch it before it went into the washing machine) but did not want to spend the money for a nano. Well to make a long story short this player works great! It is easy to use and navigating through the menus is a breeze.

You have to change the settings from "auto detect" so the mac can see it and then download KopyMac to transfer the songs from iTunes to the player. If you do not use KopyMac iTunes puts extra files caused by the titles and such on the player which makes the library on the player messy. It will still work but the player works much better without those extra files.

My daughter's only complaint is that the ear buds that come with the Fuze are too big for her ears.

"Dependable Seller - Great product and service"
I am delighted with my purchase! This powerful little MP3 plays audiobooks, music, video, displays pictures, and has a radio. The quality is excellent. I have downloaded and synchronized music from my PC without any problems. Has all of the features of much more expensive players for a bargain price.

This seller shipped my MP3 player promptly and in perfect condition. This was an excellent buy for the price and I highly recommend dealing with this seller. Thank you.

"Lov It"
My item came extremely quick, and I just love it. It is just what I was looking for. Thank You.

What our customer's say!

"Sansa Fuze", The Fuze is a great mp3 player. I bought it for my fiance, and she loves it. It is incredibly easy to load and use, it has great sound, and it is easy to navigate through your library. It's slim, making fit easily almost anywhere, and it has good battery life.

"15 year old loves it!", My 15 year old received one as a Christmas present and loves it. It is so easy to use that she hasn't even used the manual. One thing I changed was to set the MSC setting so she could easily place files on it using Windows XP. She can also use it as a memory stick. Placing AVI files was a little different as we had to download the AVI converter from Sansa.

"mp3player SanDisk Fuze 4 GB ", Very pleased with product. Received in a timely manner. My daughter loved the color.

"good buy", This is my first purchase of an MP3 player. I'm very impressed so far! I can't believe all it can do for the price. I'm not very technically oriented, but after downloading the manual from the web, I was easily able to download music and photos. Very cool!

"Easy to use, just drag & drop, portable music is great", Purchased SanDisk Sansa Fuze 4GB mP3 for for daughter. Installed software. Easy to use, just drag & drop, portable music is great, she listens to her own stuff now.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Everyone is jealous!!", I bought this to use at work. Others have Ipods,or the little Shuffle ones. Some have just MP3 players. I really like the feature of being able to record off the radio reciever. I can then listen to what I want when I want. I also like the Photo storage. I havent tried the video clip feature yet....but will. It has met my expectations and others at work will be buying them for themselves. I have never had an MP3 player befor and found this to be very easy to use....without reading any directions. I was able to download all my CD's on it, and navigate through the menus and use it the first day I got it. If not for the charging and downloading I would have been up and running in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend, great bang for your buck.

"Better than expected after solving some problems", I'm very pleased with my Sansa Fuze, but have a few comments to add as far as problems I've encountered and some workarounds.

1. Load music using Windows Media Player 11

Loading music was tremendously frustrating until I discovered that the key was to upgrade my Windows Media Player from version 10 to 11. Windows Media Player 10 will load music onto the Fuze, but will not load playlists - not at all. When I upgraded my media player to version 11, the improvement in ability to load the Fuze was amazing. It's very fast to load and I have no problems creating and loading playlists.

2. Blue screen of death

I've noticed that if I try to rip a CD while I have my Fuze plugged in, my PC will die with the blue screen of death. Just don't try to do both at the same time.

3. Won't work on Linux

The instructions say "Linux or Mac OS (under MSC mode)", but don't believe that, it's not true, at least not for my Ubuntu Hardy Heron system. In fact, under Linux I'm not able to mount it and copy music files over, and to make matters even worse, it also does not get a charge from the USB connection and will fully drain the battery if I leave it connected trying to charge it. I've never had problems connecting USB thumb drives and cameras to my Linux PC, so I'm certain there's nothing wrong with my USB port.

I don't want to end this review on a negative note because I do recommend the Fuze, so on the upside, I love the metallic pink color, the size is perfect, and it has a quality feel. I haven't had any problems with scratching and I've had great battery life. I loaded a video my nephew made using the video converter and the result was outstanding - very clear, great sound. I plan to load more movies.

I would have given it 5 stars except for it not working at all with Linux. One of the main reasons I chose this model was that it claimed to work with Linux, so that was a huge disappointment.

"Sandisk is top notch", If you're looking for a new MP3 and you already have windows media player. If you're new to computers. I have been using cd's and create a music file of songs I want to my sandisk then click sync to download music. The sandisk Fuze may enhance live recordings. I also use a y cable to my home theater which sounds a lot better than those portable speakers for MP3. I highly reccommend a screen protector and skin (rubberize or leather case). This is a good buy for it's price and the nice thing is the micro sd cards which is another plus. The micro sd cards are $$$ but at Amazon a great price. Enjoy.

"Good hardware, but terribly frustrating to get music files organized on this player", While acknowledging the quality of the player and its features, I'm otherwise in complete agreement with the reviewer who HATE HATE HATEs this product. While I had little problem dragging and dropping music files to the player, the tools available to organize those files, and the instructions for doing so, are absolutely abysmal. The Fuze doesn't recognize file folder organization (many MP3 players don't), so you either have to have all your MP3 and WMA files tagged, and/or create playlists to organize your music. I have mostly WMA files on my computer, which I created either from my own CDs or by recording music off of the internet, and they are untagged. You can find freeware and shareware software to add tags to your files, if you have patience and several hours to spare to enter the information. As for playlists, the player comes with a mini-CD containing the Rhapsody player, but the user manual for the Fuze (available online as a PDF) doesn't mention Rhapsody. Instead, it contains instructions on using Windows Media Player to create playlists and transfer them to your Fuze. Since I'm familiar with WMP playlists, I tried following those instructions--for well over an hour, before giving up. I was on the verge of sending the player back, but decided to try the Rhapsody Player. I was able to figure out how to create the playlists in Rhapsody and upload them to the Fuze. Modifying the playlists, or adding ID3 tag information (using a shareware program) and updating the player's files with them, is another problem. But I've said enough. The bottom line is, if you have lots of time to spare and don't mind figuring out on your own how to organize music files on the Fuze, or if most of your music files are already tagged, the hardware itself is a good value. Otherwise, look elsewhere for an MP3 player.

"i HATE this product HATE HATE HATE", I would rate this product zero stars, but Amazon won't let me.

I shopped for a long, long time before deciding on an *.mp3 player. I did tons of research looking for the quality for the money. Above ALL else, I wanted a device that would be simple to use. I did not want an iPod because I did not want to have iTunes snake its tendrils through every facet of my computer; all I wanted was a drag and drop. No frills, no fuss.

The Sansa Fuze is NOT what I wanted. The instruction manual refers to several different ways of putting music onto the player, and not one of them -- including the drag and drop, and how do you screw that up? -- works with any degree of regularity. The Sansa software forces you to install Rhapsody on your computer, though it's a bid freaking mystery why; it seems impossible to use Rhapsody to put music on your player, and there aren't even instructions for it in the manual. Half the time you plug the thing in, nothing happens. I am computer savvy; I have never in my life had this much difficulty with anything computer-related. Ever. I am absolutely stunned that a device this highly flawed and VEXING ever made it onto the market. I BOUGHT AN EIGHTY DOLLAR PAPER WEIGHT AND I JUST WISH I COULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK SO I COULD BUY AN IPOD!!!!
