"Weeee...", Loads of fun and usable without a balance board however using We Ski with a balance board makes it even more exciting. Highly recommend for those that love to ski!

"It's fun, but not great", I have only played this game for a total of about 1 hour, and it is fun, but it's rather simple, and the balance board controls are not as good as the wii sports sking. If the balance board allowed you to lean forward and backward, and not have to use the hand held controls so much, then it would have been awesome. I would only recommend this game if you get it for under $[...].

"Lots of fun had by all!", I purchased this game along with the Wii console & the Wii Fit for Christmas. This game is loads of fun. We played it w/ friends over the weekend and the ski races, slolum, moguls are all alot of fun especially when playing with a group of people. The harder the level on the races the more fun we had. This probably isn't a game I'd play by myself but it was great fun when playing with 4 people. Not enough interaction with the Fit -- this was the only down side. Also, when using the Fit only 1 can play/race at a time -- you can't even register 2 skiiers at all (I thought you'd atleast be able to take turns -- no such luck you have to finish your race, go back out and register the next player). Even still, it's more fun without the Fit anyway.

"A lot of fun :-)", First try of We Ski was today and really had a good time! We skipped "Ski School" at first and just went into freestyle mode where you can use your Mii to ski down slopes with varying difficulty. Learned mostly by trial and error but after a few turns on the ski lift (which thankfully you can skip as it does get a bit boring) we then went to the Ski School tutorial to learn how to turn, jump, spin and all sorts of fun activities. You can do the freestyle or have some competitive races and up to four people can play. You'll need a remote & nunchuk for each player. We do have a balance board but since only one person can use the board we did not try it with the game.

"Great Game!", This is a great game using the wii fit balance board! I've skiied forever and found the sensation the closest you can get in your living room. You get to ski an entire mountain with various terrain, and enter races and other challenges. The response and sound changes from groomed to powder conditions, and you even have to compensate for the fall line when you're traversing slopes.

"Skiing to the top!", (This review was done by my 10-year-old son, Chad Beck who can't wait to become a reviewer. These are his words.)

We Ski is a game with lots of challenges. When you ski you can do awesome tricks like the corkscrew,rodeo and back flips. When I first got the game, I thought "Man it's not boring" and when I started playing it, it was actually fun. I asked my brother, who is 7,what he'd rate We Ski? He said he would probably give it five stars! So I guess he agrees with me. To me We Ski is a game that you should really get!

"Almost Perfect- Having the balance board is a must!", I have been truly enjoying We Ski! Compared to the Wii Fit skiing, there are several nice additions that make this game alot of fun!
The mountain has several runs from easy to advanced. Once you get a hang of the use of the nunchuck and remote as your poles, you'll find the game to offer alot of different mini games- from search and rescue to delivery service on the mtn. The only downfall of the game is that unlike the wii fit skiing which allows for forward and backward use of the balance board to increase or decrease spped, We Skiing only allows for side to side motions with the balance board.

"Confusing", I had a very hard time understanding what to do with this game. I read the directions (which were also hard to understand) and wound up having fun not by constantly having my skiier bang into trees, people, etc - not the concept of the game. But since I couldn't get my skieer to do what I wanted it to do, which was ski, I had a blast just playing around with the controls and seeing my skiier bump into things. This is not as easy as the Nintendo games and therefore would not recommend it.

"So much fun for the whole family", I love skiing in the Wii Fit what little there is of it so when I saw this I grabbed it and my husband and I skiied and had a blast. I love that you have free reign of all the slopes and the whole area, you can choose to do quests or not, and get a bit of a workout too and that it uses the balance board. I even get a little motion sick, but not bad enough to not keep playing, on some of the slopes which shows how real it can feel at times. Great game. I do wish we could go in the buildings or earn money to buy outfits and gear rather than earn stars and gear but that doesn't take away from the fun.

"The kids LOVE this game", Our 4,6 and 8yr olds love this game. Especially our 4 and 8yr olds. The only annoying part is that if there is multiple players and one player wants to talk to a person on the game the whole screen shows the conversation so the other players have to wait while the one person is getting his skiiing instructions. but in regular skiiing if there are four players the screen has 4 boxes a skiier in each.
