Others say...
"Very poor quality a waste of money" I had fallen victim to an attractive package deal and got this filter for practically free and even as a free gift it was terrible. Its too heavy and bulky adds unnecessary size to lens. Its easy to scratch and hard to clean. I had one stubborn spot that I took forever to remove. Yes its cheaper but you will end up throwing it and buying a Hoya or Quantaray so save your time and money. I still have mine if you want it its yours free....
"As advertised" Provides me with what I was looking for a quality, inexpensive lens solution for my telephoto lenses. No aberrations or distortions noted. Nice package of useful lenses.
"Starter kit" I found the set of filters a good start. The most useful for me is the catalog that is sent with it. This helps you understand what filters you may need.
"great buy for the money" The three filters that come in the kit are a very useful combo. I normally would buy these individually but when I can get all three for not much more than buying one in many stores, I had to jump at the deal.
I've been in photography for years, from novice to professional and have used Tiffen filters most of the time. They are good quality and if I should damage one, oh well. Better it than my lens.
"Very nice assortment, excelent craftsmanship/durability." I'm very pleased with this assortment of filters. they craftsmanship is superb, and they have been very durable. This is a highly recommended kit to be picked up.

What our customer's say!
"Tiffen filters", Tiffen has long been a name known for quality filters. Of the lower-priced filters, they are probably the best.
"ASTOUNDINGLY CHEAP! BUY SOMETHING BETTER!!!", Wow, I was very very very unimpressed with these filters. Not just mediocore, but there was dust on the lenses and you can tell by just holding them they are cheap as sin. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAVE ANY HOPES OF TAKING AMAZING PICTURES, UPGRADE!!!
"Received 2 damaged filters", I tried to get good product from Amazon twice. The first filter was covered with dust on both sides. Blew off the dust and filter was dirty enough underneath I did not want to deal anymore with it. The actual filter case was not closed completely when I received it, nor would it close completely.
They were very good at getting out a replacement quickly.
The second filter also had dust on it, and some spotted residue. I blew off the dust, gently cleaned the filter, only to find a scratch in the middle inside face of the filter, rendering it useless for photo work.
Neither filter was new as advertised. Both had obviously been used. I hope they don't try to send out both filters again.
Other filters I purchased through other vendors at the same time arrived fine and in great condition.
Amazon was prompt at refunding my money for the filter when I said I wanted to return it.
I just wish I had gotten a new unblemished filter so I could review how it works with my camera.
"It was the wrong size", I ordered the filter to go with the camera, but it was the wrong size--the camera needed a 52mm filter. Otherwise the filter was fine.
"62mm Tiffen filter kit is so-so...", Very affordable, but that comes with a quality trade-off. The threads are not the greatest and the "laminated" filters can have slight manufacturing defects. One of my filters came with a small air trap bubble in it. Its small and near the outer edge. Perhaps tiffen would replace, but since it doesn't affect image quality, I am not to worried about it. If you want a set of filters that you can just throw in your pocket for a walk around then the price is right. If you are very serious about photography, then I'd look elsewhere.

Read this reviews before You buy...
"Not the best UV filter but good enough", When I purchased this UV filter I had low $ in mind because I was going to be using it on a lens that I paid under $120.00 for and wouldn't be using all that often. Every lens needs a UV filter for protection and it actually does a pretty good job. For some of my more expensive lenses I've gone with Hoya multi-coated or B&W filters but the bottom line is this Tiffen filter works good for a low price like $13.00 or so.
"Absolutely 100% horrible filters...", I decide to spend few dollars and to buy 3 filters pack that was advertised on Amazon. After received I kind of get confused because nothing was happening when mounted on the lens. Warming filter did really not do anything except add little bit of color but that made picture look unrealistic and kind of old. It definitely did not add that nice filing and enrich colors as advertised. Then I get to ply with polarizing filter and this was total disappointment, it does do absolutely 110% nothing it is so bad to the point that I considering this to be just a perfect scam. I got about 100/150 pictures of the sun hitting ocean but absolutely nothing changed it does not mater how hard I try to adjust everything. Instructions say that I should change position and angle. I did, and there was of course difference by changing position, but no difference when I had polarizing filter on, that did not change anything. I try two lenses Sigma and Canon and two cameras Canon and Nikon and results are horrible. Don't buy it because it is definitely something you will buy and never use it. I am returning mine....
"Just as expected...", I was so excited to get this filter set I had to try each out the same day. At first I didn't understand the idea of a circular polarization filter that spins. And when I first used it outside my home, it didn't seem to show much difference. I read the Tiffen booklet that came with the filters and it tells you how the polarization filter works better in certain situations than others. You also have to be a certain angle from the sun to get the full polarization effect. But once I got the hang of it after playing with it for a while, I love it.
I like how you can spin the filter because sometimes when you have the effect working while you're holding your camera horizontally, when you turn it for a vertical photo, the effect goes away. You simply turn the filter until you see the effect again, and shoot away. One time I was taking a photo of a rainbow and went to turn the camera and the rainbow instantly disappeared. It's kind of fun to play around with this. You can also add filters on top of this one, but I'm not sure how that may affect the polarization filter.
Overall this filter kit is wonderful and worth the cost since it normally costs more than this at a photo store. I haven't played with the warming filter yet, but the circular polarization lens is my favorite and probably will stay on my lens most of the time. I use this on my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi with a Sigma telephoto lens.
"UV Protection Filter a Must!", Tiffen has always produced quality products. Although the UV filter is a simple accessory, it is absolutely necessary to protect your lens.
Tips: Have the correct filter size ready for each lens you own. Put the filter on the lens as soon as you get your lens. It is much easier to clean the filter than to clean the surface of your coated lens. Also, if the filter is scratched, replace it. Easier to replace a scratched filter than to repair a scratched lens.
"Tiffen 62mm UV Protection Filter Review.", This filter does what its name implies; it protects your lens from scratches, dust, and other problems. That's about all this filter does, but it does it well enough.
