"Simply amazing!!", What I can I say. If Amazon would let me fill in 20 stars, I would. I noticed an instant boost in speed when I powered on the computer after installing the ram. It took about 5 minutes tops to snap the two cards in, and I've been pleased ever since. I am please with Kingston, and I am please with Amazon. And I will tell you this. I thought that $44 was steep. Compared to $300 (THREE HUNDRED) at the Apple store, with the same quality, I think I knew which to go with. I cannot express in words how much this product means, as far as quality and speed. Buy it, and you'll have a smile that stretches 10 miles wide.

"Beware", I ordered this to replace the 2GB of RAM that came with my iMac. They worked for a few days when suddenly I got a fatal error and had to restart my computer several times. All the diagnostics seemed to show it was fine so after hours of that, started it up and before I knew it, the fatal error returned. I removed the modules, replaced them with the Apple modules and all my troubles went away. I may have gotten a bad batch but am now very gunshy of Kingston products.

"Fast and easy", Just installed this RAM into my MacBook Pro. A few screws, a couple of snaps, and it's in. I've already noticed improvements in boot-up speed, Photoshop loads faster and Windows XP via Parallels gained improvements as well. I've always been pleased with Kingston products, and this is no exception.

"Great RAM But For Older Macs", This is high-quality RAM and it may well make a significant difference to your machine. If you find that you're running many programs at once or using some more demanding programs like Photoshop this RAM will give you a bit of an edge. Read some of the reviews here and you'll see that.

But do note, this RAM is for the mid-2007 iMacs and MacBooks. The latest generation, the ones released in 2008 with Intel Core 2 Duo processors can still use it, but will do better with a slightly faster RAM. This is PC5300 RAM and is 667MHz. What you actually want for the latest generation of Macs is MC6400 RAM running at 800MHz. It's not going to be a night and day difference, but it's about the same price and you may as well get the right stuff.

"Save some money!", if your iMac needs more ram and you need to save some cash, buy this product in lieu of the Mac memory units. Mac wants about $100.00 per Gig. These are totally compatible with the iMac systems and plug in per instructions given with the Mac and Kingston packs. They took about 15 minutes to install.
I am very satisfied with these ram units as is my computer. i installed them into an iMac w/2.8 Intel processor. The iMac was shipped with the standard 2 gig of ram. i do a lot of photo work and needed greater speed. Delivery was quick, installation easy and my iMac is quicker. What a deal!

"Works Just as it Should", This RAM was easy to install and the computer booted first time, recognized the memory, and is working great. This is a super value and an easy way to double your RAM and speed up your computer.

"EASY & CHEAP", Not only was the 4GB's cheap but it was easy to install as well. I own a Macbook and even though I haven't noticed significant upspeed in performance; I've noticed that it's been able to run several programs at once without slowing down.
I edit films and usually I would have to close every program to run that app but with the new 4GB I can leave everything running.
Plus, you can't beat the price on this for Kingston RAM.

"Great memory upgrade for MacBook Pro", We purchased this set to upgrade the memory in our MacBook Pro. My husband easily installed in in the laptop, and the speed difference was immediate. Definitely worth the money and a great deal for the price. I would recommend this to anyone with a Mac Laptop. (It is easy to install, but you can also take it to a computer repair shop if you are nervous. Just search the internet for a how-to demo and you are on your way!)

"Works great in a MacBook Pro", I bought this RAM for my MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo, 2.33Ghz. The installation of the RAM only took about 5 minutes to do and my computer instantly recognized the RAM when I turned it back on. So far, there have been no problems with the new RAM, and my computer runs much faster. (Not all of the RAM is recognized by my computer, only a little more than 3GB, but apparently this is due to limitations by other hardware components in the computer). For the price, this RAM is a great deal.
