"Great product for iPhone/iPod users..", After looking for a simple way to convert my dvd's to a format for the iPhone, I gave this a try. I use another Xilisoft product on my pc and like it a lot. I wanted something for my Mac and tried this. It was very easy to install and set up. Once installed, ripping your dvd's to a format for iPhone/iPod consists only of one click. Even though it's marketed for the Apple Crowd, the conversion can be used for other players as well. Xilisoft lets you download a trial version first. I'd highly recommend trying the trial to see if this is what you need. The limitation in the trial is that only the first 5 minutes of the dvd can be ripped. When time saving and simplicity are top priorities, I don't think you'll find a better solution. The 35 dollars this cost was completely worth it as far as I'm concerned. If 35 bucks is steep for you, try HandBrake (free), DVD Shrink (free), Arc Soft Media Converter (free with the purchase of an Insignia Pilot) to name a few. If spending a few bucks for something that will take only about two minutes of actual hands-on time, this one is great. To clarify, the actual rip takes a lot longer depending on your computer but your involvement is limited to inserting the dvd, starting the program and letting it discover the dvd. From there all you do is one click and you're done. Total time is about two minutes. Come back later and your dvd is ready to import into iTunes and then the iPhone. Nice work Xilisoft.
