"SO CUTE"
Harvest Moon Ds Cute is sooo much better than Harvest Moon Ds. This one doesn't have any glitches like the other one does. Plus you get to play as a girl! You can play as the girl from mineral town or the girl from another wonderful life. Get a free cat and dog too! The cat is simply adorable! To get a horse you must ship 1,000 things. Then the horse will be brought to you, as an adult. That means that you can ride it right away too! How fun! You can actually ride it out of town too! Also there is a new batchor, Sky. He is really cute, he reminds me of Sesshormu, kinda. He has silver hair and (unlike Sesshormuru) he is a big flirt. The only thing is that he is a theif. But he doesn't kill or hurt people. He has this beam called "Chick Beam" that can freeze girls! Most girls marry Sky. Aww. I think that he stops stealing after you marry him.

"Loads of fun for nine years girl"
This game was ordered from Amazon. Not being aware of the shipment agreement initially we obviously ordered Express shipping, wich turned out to cost more than the game itself. Putting this aside, the game turned out to be quite satisfying for my 9-year old daughter, loads of fun, complex in stucture and seemingly endless in adventure and challenges for her. Recommended.

"Cool game... But what's with the guys?!"
I've been a huge fan of the female Harvest Moon games for about a year now, so I jumped at the opportunity to get one for my sparkley-new DS. I must say, it was just as good as all the other games I got, which is good, but I've only had a few dislikes about it.

1.) The guys are... well... ugly (except the 'bonus' bachelor, Skye, who is amazing ^.^). Not the loveable ones in MFOMT, though if you have that game, you can put it in the DS and they will visit.

2.) You have to save 60 harvest sprites before you can get married. This is pretty hard, if you don't have a walkthrough of some sort. But it's worth it, cause you can have a baby, unlike Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl.

3.) In Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl, there was no penalty if you threw weeds and such on the ground, so I was in the habit of picking up weeds and throwing them. A while into the game, I started to find that nobody's heart level was going up, so I bought the love braclet so I could view the Love Points. As it turns out, people like you less if you throw things on the ground. So don't. ever. litter.

4.) There's only two saving slots, which is a little annoying.

Other than that, it's a lot of fun to play, and I've had no technical issuses or anything, so I'd definately still recommend getting it.

"Best Harvest Moon Game Yet!"
This game I have to say, is the best out of the Harvest Moon games so far. In this game, you can have up to 11 potential bachelors. (If you have one of the Friends Of Mineral Town Games). While trying to save the Harvest Goddess by finding sprites, and while taking care of your farm.

Harvest Moon DS Cute is packed with events, 11 bachelors, a plot, and has a lot more characters then the usual Harvest Moon games. Since the game includes characters both from A Wonderful Life, and Friends of Mineral Town. Most fans of the Harvest Moon games would enjoy this!

"best 30 bucks youll ever spend"
where do i start? if you have never played harvest moon: you raise crops, animals and date guys! sounds stupid right? whether or not you'll like this game depends on what kind of person you are. for example: my sister bought this game, she didnt really make a prosperous farm she just played untill she could get married, had a child and then sold the game to me....that is because she is not a true harvest mooner. well in this version you can have cows, sheep, chickens and ducks, and enter festivals! festivals are one of my favorite aspects of this game. dating is probly this most fun thing about this game. there are 6 regular batchelors, and if you put in your mineral town game, you get 4 more plus the thief, which makes eleven. yes i am the same person who wrote the more friends of mineral town review saying how cute rick is and hes still a great husband. having a child is fun but WARNING you must carefully plan the day of your wedding(which acurrs 7 days after proposing) because if you marry on a odd day, youll get a girl, even day you get a boy, which can be difficult when courting mineral town boys. that about sums up this game. EXEPT FOR THE 4:44 AM DOGHOUSE FIGHTING!!!!
when you press A on the useless doghouse at 4:44 am youll battle girls in the mine....it very disturbing, esspecially when karen uses my sweetheart rick to protect herself...youll have to see it to belive me. read freyashawks guide on blogspot....youll see.

"Defective Cartridge?", Well the game itself is tons of fun and if you liked other harvest moon games, you're sure to like this one too... HOWEVER I don't know if I received a defective cartridge or what, but my saved game keeps randomly disappearing. After the 3rd time I turned on the DS and had only "New Game" available, I just threw it away.

"Ooh! I love it!", I have never before played Harvest Moon, so I cannot compare it to any of the others.
A friend recommended I try Harvest Moon, so I picked this one because a) it's on DS and b) the main character is a girl.

It is very fun and addicting! I am not even sure what makes it so addicting. I love raising the animals on my farm, and I definitely like flirting with the boys! I'm not sure yet if it has a storyline.. but it does have random events and scenes that are triggered depending on your relationship with certain individuals in the game.

I'd recommend this to older "kids" and little kids too.

I give it an 8/10 because it's a good game, but there's always something better.

Almost all of the Harvest Moon games impress me most of all the games
I play. "Island of Happiness" was another excellent Harvest Moon game
that continues to astound me. I especially love the games where they
let you choose to either be a boy or a girl, and all that crop-growing
and cow-milking for some strange reason is fun. Great job again, to
the makers of Harvest Moon!

"HMDS Cute", My favorite game out of the Harvest Moon saga for DS!
Fun, addicting, great gift, almost no gliches, and can play as a burnett or blond! What more can I say!? I know, ITS WORTH THE MONEY!

"fun and frustrating", first, I am 15 and this game is loads of fun for me now that I can be a girl. Although it is so much fun, the whole game frustrates me because it takes so long to get married, and I hate it. But if you are looking for a LONG farming game than this will be your favorite.

"CHICKS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", Pardon the pun on my review title,everyone. It is all a matter of that it's the female's turn to take the DS driver seat...er,or as a farmer might say "take the tractor seat." However,I have not gotten too far into the game yet as to I guess there's a hefty amount of duties to be fullfilled before you can actually go "anywhere" with it? It starts out a little slow,but don't ALL Harvest Moon games start out being a little slow? That part can or may not be a total "snore fest" depending on how you look at things...it is very much like the male's version as many buyers have said it does as to they are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!!! My roommate owns the male version so that's how I know.

I've gotten to the point where I have 1 baby cow,
2 cows that I've already raised from being baby cows(duh)
and one cow that I had started out fresh with...no pun intended,everybody. I have 4 chickens too yet that's about how many chickens you can have at one given time?
I do not have any sheep nor do I have any ducks yet,though. I'm getting there,I guess. I have been out "boy hunting" and have found at least 1 boy that seems promising,but I guess this all gives in to a new definition of "player" since this is a video game 'n all?

You can choose to be a brunette(from the gamecube game of "a more wonderful life?") or a blonde which is from the gba game the girl version of "mineral town" that you must choose,and be honest of not just what your hair type/style is yet a few random questions that portain to yourself and the Harvest Moon games. I'm the brunette since,as it suggests,that I answered myself
as a brunette(AND THAT'S WHAT I AM,DUH!!!). They're each
what I can see to be pretty attractive girls that ANY boy
could "go after" so it makes no sense,whatsoever,that you
as the girl MUST go looking for a boy instead? What ever
happened to the curtesy of a boy finding a girl...OOPS!!!
I FORGOT,THAT'S IN THE MALE VERSION...SORRY,BUYERS!!! xD

I find the music to be annoying yet it's not that it can be controlled with it being an RPG-type game,but
I must also complain that you as the character could've been in better graphics...I guess it's this way since it was a Japanese title first,perhaps? Also,they made the animals too cutesy for me yet that hardly penalyzes anything in my book.

Oh!!! And I just forgot that I got a horse today when I played this game earlier this morning. It's soooo
much fun riding the little horsey...IT SURE BEATS THE HELL OUT OF WALKING PLACE-TO-PLACE WHEN IT WEARS OUT YOUR ENERGY PRETTY FAST,HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!

The female version(this one)HAS NOT had ANY glitches
that I've noticed thus far,but let's not "jinx" it,okay?
Perhaps it's that ladies are more proper and tidy? @___@

"Bah-Humbug" about this game or nothin'. It's fun at first,then you set it aside for awhile...say about a week or two? Then pick it back up and play. Nintendogs
would be VERY PISSED at you had you done this manuever...

"Cute & Fun!", Unlike many out there, this is my first game into the HM Series. I've played a couple of them with some friends, but never got one of my own.
After reading about all the glitches in HMDS, I deided to go with HMDS Cute. Plus, I liked the girl aspect of it.
I have to say this game is quite enjoyable and CAN be addictive! Sure it get a lil repetive, but at the same time you can't really get bored since theres so much to do. Yeah finding the sprites can be a pain but most of the sprites are pretty easy to find by just doing the regular chores.
I can see why this game has spawned into so many different series!
Who knew farming could be so fun?

"Harvest Moon DS Cute", The game came in in a great condition. I enjoy playing it every chance I get.

"A must-have Harvest Moon!", If you're a fan of the Harvest Moon series or are just looking into the franchise, I definitely recommend this one. This is the first Harvest Moon I actually tried myself and it officially won me over as a harvest moon fan.

True, it is the female version of Harvest Moon DS but there are many added portions, such as changing clothes to gain more love and friendship points, being able to change your wallpaper, and best of all, none of those really bad glitches from the boy version! Not only that, but there is a new bachelor as well and he alone makes this game worth playing. The mysterious phantom thief is sure to steal your heart! Plus you can connect to FoMT or MFoMT to add the bachelors from Mineral Town to your choices.

Anyway, it's very fun. I haven't finished it yet (I mean, really it's long. It will keep you busy). But stick with it and don't whine about how long and repetitive it is because if you hate sim games so much you probably shouldn't buy this. With fun holidays and things to unlock, the longer you play the better it gets!

Go buy it! Do it! :)



"Harvest Moon DS Cute", It is a game that is fun to do, making your farm work, meeting the people and making friends. Finding the elves, some of which are hidden in your pets and watering can. Overall, just something to take your mind off of your day.
