"Vista-64 compatible", I plugged in this adapter without using the installer CD and have had good results. It syncs well with my Windows Mobile device and my Motorola S9 headphones. The range is ok, starts to drop out at about 30 feet. The blinkey blue light is a little annoying but I can live with it.

"Small but the best.", If you want to buy a bluetooth that works well with Windows Vista and is the smallest and safe, then buy it.

"Plug and Play", I bought this adapter to help connect a Toshiba laptop to a wireless Bluetooth Apple keyboard. The Kensington adapter works flawlessly. The really nice feature is that the device is so small. You never have to remove it after inserting it into an available USB slot. Also, Windows detects the device and the Kensington works. Great product!

"Great Device.", While this is a great bluetooth adapter, you have to be careful, the sides are very sharp and it is dangerous.

I use it along with my blackberry while on the road.

"Haven't removed it from my laptop yet", I bought this because I wanted a Bluetooth dongle I could always keep connected to my laptop, even as I carried it around in my not-too-well-padded backpack.

It's been flawless. Doesn't get in the way, and I've been able to use all the Bluetooth services I need. It sticks out about a centimeter, you wouldn't know it's there if I didn't point it out. My most common use is pushing photos from my phone. It's quick and intuitive with the included software.

With Vista, the software packaged with it is pretty much a must. That's a bit of a drawback, what with Vista's pretty well fleshed out Bluetooth support being built in. Vista only discovered the virtual COM port service with native drivers.

"Very Handy and Sleek ", This BT usb is my first and I can't complain, its tiny, I never take it out and it goes in and out of my backpack all day! It has never dropped my devices, even when there is 3 connected at once, BT headset, Phone, Mouse. Another bonus for me is that Linux Ubuntu recognized it right away, had a few minor problems getting my mouse to connect, but that was within ubuntu and it was easily fixed.

I can't think of any cons...it costs money? thats about it!



"Price is for the size", The device is really small in size. Performance is just OK. Does not work very well will high quality A2DP. Toshiba's stack is good on XP and Vista. It's 2.0 EDR not 2.1 EDR

"Tiny and easy to use", Don't have much beyond the subject to say. The adapter is miniscule and extends out less than my battery pack on my laptop. I leave it in all the time when stuffing my laptop into my backpack and haven't had any issues. One caveat is that the adapter does not have a great range. I start having issues when I'm about 8-10' away or don't have a clear line of sight. Ah, the software is fairly easy to use but can sometimes be slow to respond (due to software issues or perhaps the adapter's responsitivity).

"Flawless", This device works as advertised for my purpose, which is to connect my Samsung Hue via BitPim. I've used the adapter on two systems (both running XP SP3), and it works flawlessly, installing the native XP drivers (no need to install the much more resource-intensive application that ships with the adapter). No hassle at all: switch on the Hue's Bluetooth discovery mode, switch the PC Connection setting to Bluetooth, and the devices communicate without a problem. Then, when you're not using it, just disable the radio in the device manager. In neither case (on my desktop nor laptop) did the native XP Bluetooth drivers consume unreasonable resources. It just works.

"Better than expected", I've bought this adapter for it's compactness, but I wasn't expecting good signal reception, because it's too small to accommodate antenna. But I was wrong. The signal with this adapter is stronger than of one which came with my notebook. I'm very satisfied with this product, because it's performing better than I expected.
