"Pleased but disapointed also"
I am very happy with the wonderful cards I made with this Hallmark card studio 2008. No problem installing. Easy to use. It will pay for its self in no time. BUT, I misunderstood the discription about repairing photos. I thought I had the ability to fix up old photos. NOT. After reading manual, I learned I needed the Delux version to use the Photo works repair process. Now I am forced to eather buy the Delux version or look elswhere to find a software to repair old photos. I dont see buying another Hallmark card software just for this one thing and then waisting the money I paid for this software. I think they should have placed this in the discription. Then I would have just bought the Delux instead.

"Card product"
I haven't really used this product yet but I have installed it, which was very simple, and I have checked out the options...I think there could have been more options, from what I have seen...I will attempt some cards etc..and re-review...

"Hallmark Card Studio"
I have the older version of this product, so wanted to update. Has alot of the items from the older version plus a great number of new items and ideas. I have so many things to choose from in designing cards, etc.

Hallmark Card Studio 2008 I found the card and art selection to be great and easy to use. The only drawback may be it does use up alot of drive space. I would recommend this product for anyone.

"ADEQUATE"
I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE MY PREVIOUS HALLMARK SOFTWARE THAT WOULD NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS XP AND NO DRIVERS WERE AVAILABLE. THIS NEW SOFTWARE INCLUDES CARDS I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT IN THE HALLMARK STORE. WHAT I LIKED MOST ABOUT MY PREVIOUS SOFTWARE WAS CREATING MY OWN CARDS, BUT THE CLIPART IN THIS VERSION IS TERRIBLE. IT LOOKS LIKE TODDLERS DREW IT. IT DOES HAVE THE ABILITY TO EMAIL CARDS AND ADD MUSIC WHICH IS NICE, BUT I MOSTLY BOUGHT IT TO MAKE CARDS AT HOME SINCE I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING TO THE STORE AND I AM DISAPPOINTED COMPARED TO MY PREVIOUS HALLMARK SOFTWARE. IF I COULD GET THE DRIVER FOR IT, I WOULD GO BACK TO IT. I COULD HAVE USED THAT SOFTWARE FOREVER.

"MAKING CARDS THE SIMPLE WAY!!!", I have had quite a few card programs in my day. This was truly a great offer. I didn't have to spend a chunk of money for an extra program on an arts and craft thing that I'm not interested in. i.e. scrapping.

"Just what I wanted", I wanted a calendar creating program and this is exactly what this has. It also has a fair variety of cards that are premade and then a nice "create your own" option as well. Great purchase for the $$$.

"hallmark card", The card maker works much easier this year, its almost impossible making an errors printing up the card

Finding the rebate information is not as easy



"great for kids not adults", Tried to make a one month calender for my elderly father and found the selections for a quick calendar were pretty childish, lots of stuff with puppies and kittens. Not much nature/floral. Great program for kids but limited for adults.

"Simple to use & does a lot too!", This is a great piece of software. I have XP and it was load and go right from the start. It is simple to use and does a lot of tasks too. Unlike other cardmakers - you don't even have to put the cd in the drive (once it's loaded of course...). Even my 70 year old father has made great cards using this. You can import you digital pictures for your cards too. Projects are easily saved to be worked on later if you wish. Buy this product - it is worth the money.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Great Tool!", I have been using the Hallmark Card Studio 2008 for a month. It is very user friendly, and has great selections.

"will not download", this product will not download on my pc.and i have xp.You will need service pack 2 or 3 when i tried download service pack my pc crashed.

"Halmark 2008", Great to have a new greeting card program.
New pictures and new catagories.
Only drawback is less control over changing the graphics and the advertisements on the back page of the card.

"Third one I bought", My sister loved the greeting cards I sent to her and her family, so I bought the same Hallmark Card Studio for her. Then, my cousin admired my sister's cards, so we both bought her another one. I have used the 2005 version (very good), the 2007 (not quite as good) and now the 2008 ( I think it's the best).



"Halllmark Studio 2008", This is an excellent product and well worth the cost of the update if you own a previous version. I was about to give up on Hallmark but this version helps making cards fun again.
