Others say...
"Awesome!!!" This product does everything I wanted. The only thing I wish it would just interrupt any radio station that you are already listening to, instead of having to switch to another station. All and all it is a wonderful product.
"Wow, it actually works! Great product and does what its supposed to!" I researched several of these devices to get the best handsfree bluetooth device I could. After reading reviews and talking to a few people who had the Blueant, I narrowed it down to the moto t505 and the Blueant Supertooth3. Since the Moto had the FM transmitter, I went for it.
I am using it with a HTC Touch Pro and its works flawless. The bluetooth hands free section is solid. Callers cannot tell that I am on the hands free mic. I have used it mostly with the FM transmitter and callers voices are clear and strong. No apparent echoing or noise artifacts.
I listen to music all the time and it sounds great. Not audiophile quality, but its playing through an OE FM radio (no more hiss or static than listening to terrestrial radio). FM transmitter works much better than 3 different Belkin devices I have seen others use. The auto FM channel selection is not all that bad like some of the reviewers complain about. FM channel selection is quick and works well in Columbus Ohio. I drive about 40 miles to work and get no interference and have been able to set a favorite station in the moto.
Device buttons actually work as they are described in the moto manual. I can hit play/pause to play/pause music, + or - to change tracks, and pressing the phone button brings up the Voice Recognition on Windows Mobile. Even the voice recognition seems to work once you learn the WM syntax (but that's independent of the moto).
I liked the device so well, I have purchased a second for my wife. She loves it and has not had any problems with it. (amazing, must be a decent product!)
"Not bad at all..." I bought this because I needed a handsfree kit in the car that wasn't attached to my ear and wasn't too expensive. It truly does work very well. The speaker is very clear and the microphone picks up my voice just fine. I have used the FM transmitter portion but would rather use the speaker for phone calls as it is loud enough for me. I would highy recommend this product to anyone who wants a handsfree system in their car without the high cost. BTW I have it paired with a Motorola Razr2 V9xx.
"Great Bluetooth In Car Speakerphone" I have had this unit for a couple of months and it works flawlessly. It works well with both my Blackberry 8700 and my wife's Razor. A very good buy at the price I paid here at Amazon.
"Worth every cent" This item exceeded my expectations. Great in the car. I have a LG Voyager and I keep 8 Gigs of music on it. Streams the music to my car radio with perfection. I also use it indoors to and on my patio to stream music to my home FM receivers and through my Bose clock radio. Anyone who had difficulty obviously is incapable of understanding the extremely simple instructions that come with this devise. It is as idiot proof a product as I have ever seen. I rarely buy an item that does everything as well as this one.

What our customer's say!
"Amazing product", I purchased this product last month as a Christmas gift to me. I'd read all the reviews on Amazon and purchased here because it also had the best price. I can truly say that set up was a breeze. It paired with my Motorola Q9C instantly. The device is easy to operate and the fidelity through the stock sound system in my 2006 Honda Civic is awesome. I've taken a few friends out for rides and totally impressed them with my new toy. Tonight I pulled up to get gas, left the phone and device paired and playing music, walked into the convenient store, bought a soda, walked back to the car and it remained paired and playing Pandora through my car stereo. I was at least 50 ft. away. The other reason I love this device is I wear hearing aids and it is a pain to have a bluetooth device also in my ear.
I love this device and highly recommend it!!
"Great Product, but Urbanites Beware!", Like many, I was encouraged to buy the T505 by new laws in my area, prohibiting the use of handheld cell phones. My car is noisy, so the idea of being able to control the volume of the conversation through my 6-speaker stereo held additional appeal. As a bonus, my cell phone (Samsung SGH-A736, sister to the A737) is also my mp3 player, not to mention the loads of music on my laptop. Now all of these tracks are available to me on the road.
The Good: This gadget has exceeded my expectations in many ways, even after reading the rave reviews here. Set-up is truly idiot-proof, with my phone and it recognizing each other immediately. The buttons are well placed, easy to operate with your eyes on the road without accidentally hitting the wrong thing. Note that the "volume" buttons work as track forward and back when playing music on my phone. Not a complaint, since I generally control the volume through my stereo. The sound quality is about equal to general radio when using a truly clear station. You are also able to program "preferred" stations, a nice feature when used in conjunction with programmable stations on your stereo. Most impressive is the way it blocks out road noise. In my noisy car, I've spoken to people at highway speeds who couldn't even tell I was driving... that's clear sound. Finally, the battery life is extraordinary. Mine worked out of the box for 2 weeks solid (I drive at least 2 hours a day and spend much of that time on the phone) before it needed charging.
The Bad: As mentioned by others, if you're in an urban area with lots of radio stations, finding and holding an empty one will be a challenge. Personally, I live in a rural area with no more than 6 stations on the dial. It works great for me out here, but I turn off the FM broadcaster and just use the built in speaker when I'm in the city. If most of your driving is in-town, this feature might just be a waste. Another complaint is that, after a period of inactivity, it will shut down the FM transmitter. While this makes sense for battery conservation, it's annoying when a call comes in. If you want to listen through the stereo, you need to re-set the FM connection and listen to it call out the frequency, during which you can't continue your conversation. The final complaint, also as mentioned previously, is the curly cord on the included DC charger that you can't easily hide. I recommend picking up a USB extension cord and hiding it behind your A-pillar panel, then under the dash. It's an easy solution for charging while driving, but the need for it is poor design.
Overall: I like it. For those driving, talking, and listening to tunes in rural areas, this is a quality handsfree solution. Plus no one beat Amazon's price when I was looking.
"Clear and easy to use", My husband and I each got one and we are both pleased. Sound is loud and clear.
"GREAT ITEM GREAT VALUE", I bought this for my husband. He loves it! Nice and clear reception and can be moved from vehicle to vehicle.
"Pretty good so far", MOTOROKR T505 Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone
I've been pleased with the MOTOROKR speaker phone. It synched easily with my phone. The volume is high enough so I can hear it while driving. You can adjust the volume of the voice prompts which is handy. I'm not a heavy user of the speaker phone, so it meets my basic purpose, which is to have something to satisfy California's hands free law, at a reasonable price. I just have to remember to turn it on.

"DO NOT USE IN AN AUDI W/BOSE RADIO", Am I the only one! I really liked this device, and can even get past the fact that the charge cord has to hang in my face while driving just so I can recharge. And, the device works great for all my outgoing calls. But, when I receive an incoming call I hear an audible crackle sound, than I looked down at my radio and I had lost a line in my digital display. Since I thought this was merely coincidental, not caused the T505, I continued to use the device. Again, recently, same thing, call came in, crackle, lost another line in my display!
I have now taken my car to Audi, and I need to have the radio replaced! I called Motorola customer support, they said there is absolutely no way the T505 caused the problem with my radio. They offered no apologies, basically blaming my radio for shorting out on it's own!
Well, I hope my loss is your gain, do not use this device in an Audi with a BOSE radio!!
"For the price, 5 stars", Works very well. The only thing that I don't like that much is that it only comes with a in car charger. If you charge it while driving, the cord hangs in your face to the right. But you could just move it while charging. Great product and good price!
"Terrific Bluetooth!!!", Motorola MOTOROKR T505 - Speaker phone - wireless - Bluetooth 2.0 I have a plantronic and two jawbone bluetooth headsets. I love this Motorokr T505! It's a great handsfree unit that announces incoming calls and uses your existing car speakers for better audio. It's fantastic!!
"The Best...", This is the best bluetooth device I have come across so far. I bought this for my husband's Christmas after searching for the reach bluetooth headset for him. First of all, he loses things easily and so I had to find something that would not be such a hassle for him to remember. This fit the bill perfectly. The FM transmitter works like a charm (although I still have to figure out if I can use my Archos 605 WiFi with it). Most importantly for me was that he can make and receive calls in the car without ever having to pick up his blackberry. I hate seeing people with cell phones to their ears while driving (especially when there are so many hands free devices out there).
Get one of these and save other motorists and yourself the headache of accidents ;)
"Love this!", I purchased this handsfree speakerphone after buying two other headsets for my cell phone. I had a regular cord to phone, stick in your ear type and a bluetooth. Both were hard to juggle when you wanted to use them, unless you kept in on the whole time in the car. I had to shove in my ear to hear the other person. I love with just the push of a button I can answer the phone or make a call. The voice recognition works great. It was sooo easy to set up and use. Worth it!
