"Great product"
This xbox 360 is a great value for your money. When I bought this, I wasn't expecting it to be as good of quality as the premuim or elite versions. It is. I bought a 20 gig hard drive and popped it in this baby and within 2 weeks or so I had already beaten GTA4. These are Great. I just wish mine had the new jasper motherboards instead of the falcon ones. I still am yet to experience xbox live but I heard it's great.

"Fantastic!~"
I've owned this console for 2weeks. I come from a very large family (11 people - not including adults ,) so we're almost always poor. My family saved up enough to get me this. I enjoy it everyday. I play it with gears of war (can't wait for #2 to come out ,) the trouble I have with it though (its enough for now) I can't play system link with others without a hard-drive. Just recently I found out that GameStop is selling refurbished (USED) 20GB HDD's for a good price. I'm hoping I can get this!
The 256MB Memory Unit that comes with it is fine for now.

"Excellent Console, good features and graphics"
I bought this console about a month a go, and till today have being a wonderful game machine to have.

the graphics are excellent and the games i have played so far are the best.

first time playing on a XBOX, and son far no regreats

"XBOX 360 is amazing"
I feel like the videogames are very fun again, the xbox360 amazing me for the beauty of the graphics and the fun that games are, i like the fight games, and xbox full my expectations.
I recommend the game Virtua Fighter 5 is the best fighting game ever.

"Great,affordable nextgen console"
I've had it for about two weeks now, and I'm having a great time with it. It may not have the horsepower or the bluray of the PS3, but it's half the price now and has a much bigger game library. I'm a fan of racing and rpg's, and both are much better represented on the 360. Forza Motorsport 2 is basically a copy of Gran Turismo, but that doesn't mean that it's not an outstanding simulator. And the rpg library--both present and coming--is completely unparalleled.

The only significant con with the 360 is that you have to pay for xbox live, which is ridiculous... might keep me from getting into online gaming on this console like I did with my Wii. I also opted to buy an HDMI cable ($5 on amazon) for hi-def, and a 20gb hard drive from ebay ($30) so that I could access things like replays in Forza.

What our customer's say!

"Not the old version! This is the sega superstar Bundle!", If you're looking for an old version of the arcade 360 stay away from this, the pictures are wrong and dont belong to the actual product, and there is no warning about this that i know, so DONT BUY FROM SERAFIAN VIDEO if looking for the old version.

"well it will have a problem eventually", Humm....where to start. I probably can't add anything to the reviews other people have offered already, but I can add my experience for you to think about before you buy. First of all without a hard drive you won't be able to use the xbox live store, cause you can't download anything from it. So that could be a consideration for you if you want to play any online only games. Also there are the dual pitfalls of the red rings and other problems. Like mine. I have had mine for only 1year, and it's never ever had any problems at all, until suddenly today. No red rings, nothing like that, just freezing. Can't play a game longer than 1min till it freezes. I called and microsoft said that it wasn't a red ring issue so they won't pay for it, so if I want to fix it it will be at least $100 minimum. Personally I don't think it's worth it. So think carefully. I took every precaution with mine and it still blew up. There is I would say a 100% chance that this console will blow up on you in 2 years or less, resulting in a large repair cost. Keep that in mind before you buy. If you're cool with that then go for it, cause till it blows up on ya, it's awesome. Really.

"low price, not enough in the box", This is a great low price for an Xbox360. If you are planning on running older regular Xbox games on it, they will need updates. Most are available through Xbox Live, but you need a hard drive to store the updates on. So you will need at least the add on hard drive. Given the drives cost, you're better off to buy the next level package and get the hard drive with it. Wish I would have known that first...

"Xbox 360 Core Arcade Bundle", We love our XBox! And it was a great experience purcahsing online from Amazon.

"Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst...", This is my third Xbox 360 so far, and RROD has struck on me three times. Some people just never learn. The games are super fun, and the graphics are awesome, so I hope Microsoft has been able to solve the issues, and produce a better console. Silver lining, I now have two spare hard drives, 7 game controllers, three headsets, making it a great console for parties. RROD, spare this console, please!!!!

"great value", this product is awesome i could not ask for anything better. it really great that they decided to drop the price. I'm glad i made that purchase.

"For $200 you can't go wrong", Hooked it up to a 56" projection TV via and HDMI cable and it looks amazing. Games look geat and an unbelivable price.

"Shoddy craftsmanship, but a good price", I wouldn't say the Xbox 360 is a piece of crap, but it IS rather shoddy in terms of how it's constructed. I bought one 2 days ago, finally. The first thing I noticed was how cheap the casing is on the console. Second, the disc tray feels extremely flimsy and unstable. Functionally, the dashboard interface is messy and loud (granted, they're fixing this issue with the new dashboard so we'll see what it's like). The console seems to be optimized for 480i or 480p output and the HD portion of it feels like an afterthought. The fact that after 3 years Microsoft has yet to include built-in WiFi is rather shocking. Oh, and lest we forget the extremely LOUD whirr the DVD drive makes!

The only game I've played on it is Mass Effect. While so far (and I'm only about 20 minutes in) it seems like it's gonna be the epic sci-fi RPG I've been dying to play, I'm disappointed by the graphics on it. They just don't seem up to par. I'm hoping that's only the limitations of the unimpressive Unreal engine, but while I hate to sound fanboyish, PS3 could do it better.

I'm happy with my purchase, seeing as I got the Arcade bundle at half price using a $100 gift card. I like now owning all 3 current generation consoles and having no limitations on what games are available to me. I wasn't happy that I got the Red Ring of Death the second time I booted up the console, and I don't like that you have to coddle this console just to keep it running. My take on it...a second-rate system that just happens to have gotten to the market first. PS3 is more refined.

"Solid system, but noisy", I purchased a PS3 roughly 3 months ago. Played a couple of the proprietary games then realized that that I was paying for a system that was too big for my needs. Pretty much all I do is play games on it. I'm not online and I don't have HD. Plus the game selection is limited. So I sold it and picked up this low end 360. Seems like a solid system. The price is right at $200 bucks and it totally meets my needs. I won't be online downloading content, etc. The memory card that comes with the system seems like it will support plenty of saves from multiple games.
But here's the rub. It's really noisy compared to my old PS3. The fan just runs the whole time. I have the console in an open area and it never heats up. I'm wondering if the newer 360's are all like this due to some of the red ring of death issues older versions had? But it's loud. Like I have to turn up the TV a bit to hear over it loud. And when you turn off the console, you notice just how loud it was. I'd still keep my 360 over the PS3 despite this annoyance.

"Extra Features?", For what it's worth, here are some extra details on this model:
* Has two memory card slots: comes with a memory card that holds well more than enough for most users. You can upgrade later if you need to (I won't.)
* Has full 1080p HDMI output (you can buy the cable separately for $5 online) (you can verify this on xbox.com... the amazon details were wrong at the time of my purchase.)
* Has an ethernet port on the back. We plugged it in with a wire to our router, and it's extremely fast (much faster than iffy wireless.)
* It plays mp3s, wmas, etc. It has media player built in which is amazing. It organizes your music just as you have it, with directories, playlists, etc. Full-screen visuals blew me away!
* It plays downloaded (smile!) ripped movies natively, divx, xvid, etc. It automatically downloads the divx codec through "xbox live."
* You can watch online TV, HD movies, etc through the Live Marketplace service (I only looked at samples, and was impressed... but don't plan on using this since it's a for-pay feature, at least for now.)
* Netflix is adding xbox support later this year to stream movies direct through their serivce.
* It upscales normal DVDs to full HD 1080p (shockingly good)... so I no longer care about blu-ray discs, hd-dvd, etc. Very nice.
* Has 3 USB ports:
* I can plug my digital camera directly into the usb port and watch an HD slideshow!
* It lets you plug in usb memory drives (with pictures, movies, etc) on them and use with it's media center application. Movies I've played so far with success are .avi (divx, xvid) and mp4 (I am making them myself now with "handbrake.")
* It lets you plug in external usb hard drives too (I have a 250 gig drive plugged in loaded with movies, music, and pictures.)
* It's quiet and cool
* "Wow it's so cute!!!"
