"Great Product", I have been looking for a hand exercise/ hand grip product for a while. I came across this piece just by accident on Amazon. Unit works very well and you are able to exercise individual fingers. I went to the manufacturers web site and they offered some different exercise options using the unit. Some were helpful but others just seemed silly. My only complaint is that the tension doesen't seem to be the same on the unit as when I first got it. I have been using it everyday so maybe its just working but now I find myself looking for something stronger.
