"Pirate Fight"
Its lively,a well selected piece of classical music, which many coaches could use in my field of work.

"Music as magical as the movie!"
I just listened to this soundtrack and was amazed! I have not been moved by a soundtrack in a long time. The music is so beautiful and so full of action. It is like being taken into another world. I highly recommend this soundtrack to anyone who enjoys beautiful music and who likes the movie. I think part of what makes Stardust a great movie is this music. If you buy a copy I don't think you will be disappointed! In fact, I plan on using track 13, Tristan and Yvaine, to walk down the eile at my wedding!

"A Sensational Masterpiece!"
Those of you who enjoyed the movie and especially the music from the movie with the song at the end, don't forget to purchase the 2007 Audio CD with the song 'Rule The World' by the British band Take That. Stardust soundtrack does not include this song!

"Good, not great"
I was expecting this to be an even better score than it turned out to be. The movie is pretty good and the score shows that Ilan Eshkeri has a lot of promise. I enjoyed it but I think there is more and better scores to come from Eshkeri.

"Wow, great score!! Look forward to more from this composer"
And I thought Transformers was my favorite score. Well, I guess it still is, but this one comes in a close second! Especially loved the drums part at the witches' castle, and the "Coronation"

"Beautifully executed", This soundtrack evokes strong emotions as it thrusts you into the fantasy that is "Stardust."

"Great movie, great soundtrack.", I enjoyed the movie, and the music was quite moving at parts, and wonderfully silly at others. So the soundtrack was a great buy. The book is wonderful, too.

"At last a talented new composer!", Among the newer composers (i.e. post Williams/Goldsmith) Ilan Eshkeri manages to stand out with this score. Perhaps it's not the most original score, I was reminded several times of Poledouris (which in itself is a good thing me thinks), perhaps Shore, and for sure Arnold's Casino Royale score, but Eshkeri mingles these passages apparently effortlessly into the score and makes them his own. In the same way he blends in several classical tunes. Above all however, he has immensely colourful depth in his composition and beautiful three-dimensional arrangements. This most of all makes this score stand out from most of the rest.

"Stardust = Great Movie and One of my Favorite Scores", I love motion picture scores. It's been a while since I found a really good one. That changed when I bought Stardust. I loved the music when I saw the movie in the theater, but I didn't buy the score until after I saw the movie a second time on DVD. Ilan Eshkeri really composed a great score to a great fantasy/adventure/love story. His score encompasses everything from the movie and captures the essence of the story perfectly. The love themes, adventure themes, and especially the star's theme are beautiful. I'm glad I added this score to my collection.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Astounding!", Wow! This soundtrack seems to suggest that there has been a genetic hybrid created using the DNA of Hans Zimmer and James Horner! The merest hints of Harry Gregson-Williams, Howard Shore, Jerry Goldsmith and others may become evident to the listener as well. Do not take this the wrong way, I respect this composer to a great extent (though I know very little about them). If you like the soundtracks for 'Cocoon' and 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End' you ought to love this particular CD. And there is a lot of really good stuff throughout. My favourite tracks are 'Septimus' and 'The Coronation'. There are dark tracks, light tracks, and several classical themes included. I suppose that there is probably something for everyone. It is a great adventure/fantasy soundtrack.

"Stardust soundtrack", Listened to downloads before buying Sounds even better than when I first saw it in the theatre. I'm glad I own it and looking forward to more music by Eshkeri.

"great music", I listen to it while studying. As I listen, I can see the story playing out and aticipate what is coming next. I've really enjoyed having it.

"fairy tale", I loved the movie and all the warm feelings the movie provided come back in a flash while listening to the score. When the "can can" plays I can see Robert DeNiro prancing and dancing and I laugh out loud everytime.

"Great sound", This is an elegant, dynamic soundtrack for a fun movie. It goes from action to tender love themes with hardly a breath. The best part is when she radiates her feelings to all.
