"Three in a row and all have failed!", I have now had to send back three of these routers. Out of nowhere, the WAN quits working and no internet. I have called tech support which was a pleasure, because they were very nice and tried to help, but after no one could figure out why the WAN died, they sent me another one and then another one and now if I do get one more, I'll be selling it. I am tired of sending these back, paying for shipping and then receiving another one, only to have it fail as well. Compared to my other routers, this one blows them away with the power that it has. However, I can't trade off that for how much more reliable my other routers are, compared to the bountiful. If they can fix the WAN issue, I'll be the first to buy them once again. Until that time, my four year old Linksys will keep the internet going fo us.

"Service Techs Great - but Problems with Windstream", I never got this device to work properly. But it will likely work fine for you.

This device doesn't seem to work with the MTU (Maximum Transmission Units) provided from Windstream DSL. The MTU setting is NOT adjustable on this system. I had to send it back.

The problem was that certain sites ([...]) would act as if they were 'blocked' while others (e.g. picassaweb) were fine. VERY odd.

But it was SUPER to talk to service techs on the phone who were nice, spoke clearly, and easy to understand. They definitely tried to help me.

So if you're using Windstream (my sympathies) this system may not work.
