"Own one, pretty nice", I'm not sure why people think it deserves a 1 star rating just because they don't have Vista yet. Not really fair if you ask me. The product itself I am a fan of works great. Battery life is better then most.

"A piece of junk", It is supposed to work on Macs running OS X but the software crashes when you click the popup box that tells you to make sure it is plugged in. Called customer service and they told me to restart my computer and reinstall the software, then restart it again. Still didn't work. Tried it on two other Macs running slightly different versions of OS X still didn't work. This was purchased at a Big Lots store so that should have been a clue that Coby is dumping their defective product.

"One Works, One Doesn't", My daughter sent two of them for my husband's and my birthdays. I finally got around to setting mine up this weekend. It took a while to get it to work but I finally downloaded 43 pictures of my grandson, hoping to be able to add on another 17 in a month or so. I then tried to download the same pictures to my husband's keychain but my computer keeps telling me that there is no program installed. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. I fooled around with it for about an hour and gave up. I tried again last night, but gave up out of frustration. I am going to dump it. I do not recommend buying this keychain. It is definitely not worth the aggravation.

"does not work on my mac os x computer", I do not agree with even the one star, I would not give it a star at all. This product was purchased because it was stated that it worked with my mac os x computer. It does not. I was told by multiple tech supporters that some times it does and some times it does not. My advise is don't take a chance.

"great for free", I got 2 of these for free with Pepsi points. I would probably be disappointed in the quality had I paid $20 for this.

"We Love This Thing", I got one for my wife and we liked it so well that I ordered one for my Sister in Law, Her two daughters and also one for our great neice...

"Easy to Use; Great Gift", After reading some really negative reviews about this keychain, I was a little hesitant to give it a try, but I'm so glad that I did! Installing the program took about 2 seconds (after I finally found the icon that let me install it...) and the rest was as simple as plugging the keychain into the USB port and downloading pictures onto the device. You're allowed to crop the pictures on the program and the tiny little keychain holds up to 60 photos! I got this for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and I have yet to give it to him, but I love it!

"Happy with product", I bought this key chain as part of a christmas present for my boyfriend last year and so far it still works great, he loved the present, the pictures are very clear with a relatively good resolution, the display is big enough to tell what everything is, and it is very resistant (my boyfriend attached it to his keychain which he doesn't handle with very much care, yet after almost a year everything still works perfectly). The only complaint i have about it is that it is a little bit confusing to get the pictures from the computer to the keychain, I am usually very good with computers so I didn't think twice about not reading every single step of the directions first, after several failed attempts i thought the device was just broken but before giving up i tried one last time following every single step in the manual and it worked just fine. Overall i'd say this is a great product that would make a great sentimental gift for anyone just make sure to read the manual and follow the directions to a T.

"disapointed", I waited for this product and when it came i was excited cause i have a new grandaughter and thought it would be a wonderful way to share her pics but i cant get the coby picture keychain to do any thing at all and i spent over 2 hours working on it ,and i give up wish i had kept the packing slips and all now i cant even get my points back.

"Cheaply made", This product is cheaply made and it is only a matter of time before it breaks off of my mothers keys. The software on three computers I loaded it on is not 'user friendly' and continues to give errors until it loads...and they you must sync everything as you may not get the software working again. I have a new Dell computer and the technology is there but wait for upgrades of this model!!!
