"Simply does not work...", Santa brought this for my daughter this year and unfortunately it does not work. When the USB device is plugged into the computer a web browser is opened and directed to a "page not found" error. I tried it on several computers using Firefox and IE to no avail. After some research it seems we're not the only one having this issue. It's sad to think how many children will be getting this for Christmas only to find out that it doesn't work.

"Boo! For not being Mac-compatible", My daughters are of the age where they're spending time on the computer, exploring the internet (supervised, of course), and are into all things computery and video-gamey. We are a family of Mac users, and have been since 1984. I want my kids to be computer "bi-lingual"; they have access to PCs and Windoze at school. That being said, my daughters' birthdays are coming up, and I thought for sure they'd love to have this product.

Unfortunately, it isn't compatible with Mac, so that means neither sets of grandparents can buy it as well as us, and other relatives. So "thumbs down" to MGA for being so discriminating against Mac users!

"She liked it when when we finally got it to work!", We bought one of these for our daughter and tried to connect to the website via our laptop. We could not. We tried to connect via another laptop with the same negative result. We were going return it to the store, but I decided to first try it out on our desktop. Wonders of wonders - we got in with no problem and our daughter is now "as happy as a clam at high water".

Has anyone else had this situation where the item works on one computer, but not another? The only initial significant difference I can determine is that our older desktop uses Windows XP Home Edition and the laptops use Windows XP Media Center Edition. When I get the opportunity, I'm going to investigate further and try to ascertain what is the true issue, and if there is a fix...unless someone out there already has a solution and wishes to share, please, oh please!!

"MGA Bratz Doll", I bought this for my 11 yr. old grandaughter. She loves it so much and uses it all the time. It was well made and easy to use. The doll is her favorite. This was well worth buying. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thank you.

"Be-Bratz = Beware", I bought this for my granddaughter. It looked like it might be fun, but she has not been able to get it to work. I don't know if it is a problem with "user" or with the product. We were disappointed and frustrated. Maybe you'll have better success.
