"Customer Service Worthless", First let me say that I love the product. I bought two as gifts and one for myself. Great product! But I bought it and paid to have it sent 3 day shipping so it would be here in plenty of time for Christmas. It didn't ship out for a week and then took 5 days to get here. I contacted the company by e-mail to cancel my order two days before it shipped, since I hadn't hear about it shipping yet. I got no reply. After I got e-mail conformation that it had shipped I tried to contact them again....I have still not recieved a reply.....

"Great gift", The laptop desk makes a great gift. I gave this one to my dad, since he spends a lot of time on his laptop for work. He often complained to me that the notebook was getting too hot. He didn't even know these kind of desks existed! He really loved the gift.

"Good product", As for the CushTop, I like it. I use it on my lap and on a desktop -it positions the keyboard just right for me. I use the middle section to store my cordless mouse and power supply. Lastly, the overall construction of the CushTop is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. ANTOnline had the best price I could find for this item. The shipping was fast, and the item arrived in perfect condition. I would order from them again without hesitation.

"Horrible Ergonomics", My wrists started hurting so much that I had to return it. I've tried using it on the sofa and in bed but couldn't use my laptop after an hour each time. I am surprised by the number of positive reviews.

"Not great for cooling the computer - good for user's comfort, though.", My experience with this item is that it doesn't really keep my computer cool (I can easily feel the heat on the bottom of the computer when I'm finished using it), but it does keep the heat off me. It's comfortable, and has a good angle for typing. After using this awhile, I decided to buy the Belkin laptop cooler with the built-in fan, and that works extremely well for keeping the computer from building up heat. I usually use both together. I think the CushTop is worth having from a comfort perspective, but I don't think anyone should expect it to help their computer very much.

"CushTop Notebook stand", Great stand for my laptop,My wife and I each have one to use our laptops while watching TV. Makes a stable surface in my lap for the laptop, also prevents the heat from bottom of laptop from making my leg uncomfortable.

"Ten-hour Comfort, Day after Day!", I purchased the Belkin Notebook Stand just over a year ago, and I have used it daily since. I work with a laptop in my lap, and I often relax with a laptop in my lap.
This Notebook Stand doesn't do much; it has no moving parts, but it does what I need. It sets the laptop at the perfect height and slant for keyboarding, protects your legs from the heat of the computer, and allows your laptop fans to cool the machine without obstruction.
After a year of daily use, the Belkin Notebook Stand continues to live comfortably under my laptop.

"CushTop Notebook Stand Realistic Review", Purchase Belkin F8N044-BRN stand in Sept. 2008. Stand looks true to picture, and fills the need that I had, which was to help keep my laptop tilted so that it may remain cooler. My laptop is now, significatly cooler to the touch.

However, claims that side openings could house mouse and power cords are complete falsehoods. If you can get my very small mouse in at all, trying to place the power cord in the opposing slot is impossible and if it did fit it would totally push out the very small mouse that barely fits in.

On a brighter note the notebook stand is as it claims to be, very light weight, it adds no additional weight to your lap. In addition, it doesn't slide much, depending on what your wearing. If your wearing a silky material you will find more movement, verses a more textured fabric.

Overall, I would recommend this product for, first it's price(it's very affordable), second it meets my needs for a cooler lap, and finally it's very light weight.

"Great item!", The Belkin Cush Top Notebook Stand is great! It allows me to use my laptop as though I were sitting at a desk but I do not have to be at a desk. Its wonderful for sitting on a couch, in bed, etc. I have yet to use the utility stow away area but everything else is great. Wonderful item if you do not want your laptop heating up your legs, etc.
