"My little Charm", It works great. I keep it on my key chain and i love it. I recommend getting rid of the U3 on it. Kinda of a lame program.

"U3 work is not reliable", As USB Flash Cruzer works fine. But its U3 applications are not very reliable. For, example, EverNote (Microsoft Office OneNote like program) sometimes lunches, sometimes doesn't. Seems to be, it has mind of its own to decide when to work and when don't. May be reason for it that I have Vista. Who knows? With Microsoft you never know what is compatible and what isn't. But game Atlantis works fine. (Big relief :) And its plastic body seems fragile. If you want Cruzer better buy titanium version.

"After dealing with U3 it does what it's suppose to.", The drive is good; the retractable usb plug and key chain attachment is very convenient. The only reason why I wouldn't give this 5 stars is because of the stupid U3 software that comes with it. Fortunately SanDisk released a patch on their site that gets rid of this disgusting thing. I also heard reformatting the drive works too (just don't put anything in it yet).

"these companys deliver", Everthing about this product is great! Sandisk has done it again. Liked it so much I bought 2 and am considering buying 2 more for the family. Highly recommend this product and the company I selected to get it from got both to me in just a few days.

"Company is a BIG disappointment!", I own several SanDisk USB drives. All have worked flawlessly and I would give them 5 stars BUT the company has some terrible gaps in service. Mediocre support, but that's fairly common among companies. My big problem came with my third and fourth orders. So I warn you, order something from their online store listed "in stock" and you may find your product is really on back order, and THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL SHIP. I had this happen twice. They couldn't even say that it would probably ship within a month, or even 6 months! They are polite and honest and totally useless for anyone needing to rely on receiving what they ordered.

"works great", It got to my house within the week i ordered which was a first(i ordered on a Monday). i plugged it in and i tried it out and the U3 Prompt came up i disabled it and made it invisible so i didn't have to see it again. it never comes up anymore and the device works perfectly. its fast and its even smaller than i thought it would be. i would buy again. so far no problems.

"Great Flash Drive at a Great Price", The SanDisk Cruzer Flash Drives have always been a favorite with me because of their size and retractable USB connector. Have never had any quality issues with these drives and have owned several. The U3 software that comes with the Cruzers can be very beneficial if you travel alot and find yourself having to use a public PC. However, if you don't like the software it CAN be uninstalled. Overall, very happy with the product.

"Plug and Play", So far this has been a great product. I am a Mac user and have had trouble in the past finding flash reliable flash memory where I could transfer large files (>20MB). No problem here. Multiple transfers went off without a hitch. The only quirk is the software that is included/embedded. I can't find a way to take it off, and consequently, I have to unmount the installer every time I take out the drive. Otherwise, no complaints.

"Good memory stick with very annoying flashing light ", I have nothing against this memory stick except the big light that takes up most of the top of the stick. It is continuously on and frequently flashes when the stick is mounted. As far as I can tell there is no way to turn it off. It can quickly become very annoying. The only solution I found was to plug the stick in the back of my laptop, where it is invisible. Next time, I'm definitely buying less flashy stick.
