"For the price amazing speaker", Hi i bought this as a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday. She has a 4th generation ipod and it works (which i didn't check if it was compatible so a relief there). This product weights around 6lbs, its very small and compact (a bit bigger than a Nintendo Game Cube). The sound is 4 stars out of 5, you need to adjust the treble. The remote is awesome, small and you can operate it from a distance of 15 feet. Also its very loud we tested it connecting it to a pc and listening guitar hero III threw it :).

Very happy with the buy.

ps. The quality of sound is not excellent because its a sub woofer speaker, if you can find the speakers that go with the product i can assure you the sound will be neat :).




"Satisfied.", I didn't give this 5 stars because it's not the BEST ipod dock you can probably purchase but for the price it comes close. It's great to have around for entertaining. Without a doubt I have already got my money's worth. I wasn't expecting superior sound by any means but I'm impressed that it wasn't a piece of junk. I would recommend this for someone who is just looking for something small with lots of sound for a cheap price.

"Great Little iPod Speaker!", It's not bose, but for the price, this is a great iPod dock and speaker. The remote control really makes operation easy and fast. Sound quality is pretty good. Treble usually needs adjustment upon first use. I would definitely recommend this product.

"Love it!", I'm not really sure why some people don't like this. I think the sound is better than my earbuds and I love that it charges my iPod while listening and has a remote. What in the world more could a person want?

This is simply the perfect stereo for a bedroom or dorm or small apartment where space is at a premium. I keep mine in my office and adore it!

"Exactly what I needed", I had been looking for a speaker I could plug my ipod into for a while when I saw this at the Gold Box deals in Amazon. The price was so low I dind't think twice and ordered it.

I have owned it for a couple months now and I am very happy with this product, it has a very decent sound, you can plug the different Ipod models available, it is small and elegant.

I used to have a stereo system in my living room so I could play music while having lunch, doing the house chores or simply wanting to listen to music in any of the nearby rooms. I started looking for an Ipod speaker as I did not want to be changing discs and the like having an Ipod already.

This speaker is great, it is small and elegant, which allows me to place it in one of the living room tables without it looking out of place (it matches some our decoration actually); the sound, while not very powerful, is quite decent for my needs. I can have guests at home and plug my Ipod, hit shuffle and have background music. Being this compact size it's also very easy to carry it to other places. It has remote control also that allows you to equalize the sound, move through the Ipod menus and to decide whether you want it to shuffle through songs or not.

I have used this a lot since I got it and I can strongly recommend it. If you are looking for superior sound quality this may not be the best product for you (though you can expand it by purchasing additional speakers that can be connected to one another) If you need something like I described, don't think twice and grab this one, the price they have right now is a great deal.

"Affordable way to listen to your iPod tunes...", I bought this speaker system at the beginning of 2008 because I was looking for an affordable speaker/dock for my iPod for my kitchen/living room area. What's great about this product is that it's fairly inexpensive (Amazon is a lot cheaper than the stores I've seen it in) and produces a pretty good sound. Granted, it certainly doesn't perform as well as Bose or other high end systems, but I didn't expect such a good sound for such a reasonable price. Also, it's pretty small so it doesn't take up too much counterspace and is easily portable. The remote is a nice touch as well. So if you're looking for an iPod speaker system that has a nice sound and doesn't break the bank, this may be for you.

"Sounds horrible, but works as a docking station", First of all, I knew this thing didn't sound so hot before I bought it. I only paid $24.00 for it and rationalized that it was way cheaper than an apple dock which is $50.00. When I finally was able to listen, I could not believe this thing was actually designed by an engineer... You cannot feed left and right stereo channels into the same amplifier channel or into the same speaker coil and not expect some cancellation, but the geniuses at Soundesign did it anyway. Almost everything stereo recording you play sounds as if it is a remix, with some instruments sounded louder than or weaker than normal. It's a mess...

My mono mix of the "White Album" sounds OK, but that's about it. The remote functions well and it does work as a dock.

"Garbage.", I bought this Speaker system because I have an under the counter by the same company that is awesome. I used this a total of 3 times. the 4th time I went to use it, nothing. It just stopped working. I am also 5 days out of Amazon's return window. I should have bought it from a Brick and Mortar where they give you 90 days. This is sad.

"I'm loving this", I bought two during the gold box deal ($20) and gave one as a gift. I love how it has a remote and how you can listen to it while charging your ipod. When I turn it on, the noise radiates throughout the room and if loud enough, it can also through the next room. This is a great speaker, though wish it didn't require so many batteries to be portable. It's great for my use and it looks pretty good on your desk. (It works for my video ipod, but am not sure if it works with iphones).

"Nice little speaker", I bought this for use in my bed room and on the patio during BBQ's. It works great at low listening levels while I'm reading or getting ready in the morning and sounds even better with the volume way up while out side.

I tried a lot of speakers before I bought this one and it doesn't have the highest sound quality of what I tried (JBL, Bose, Altec Lansing, Logitech all beat it there) but the price/performance ratio was great.

I would recomend this for someone looking for a great speaker on a low budget.
