"Avoid this product", My experience with this product has been way less than stellar. It appears buggy, crashes often, and the report generator leaves much to be desired. There is little documentation if you want to create custom reports and the report editor is cryptic. The data entry is clumsy, specialially for the Contributions module. In fact, they made it worse, in my option, from version 8 to version 10. The only reason I continue to use this program is because of the pain it would be to invest in something different and manually reenter all the current membership information and financial records.
