"SIMS ADDICT!!", I have been a SUPER HUGE SIMS fan for many years and this is by far the best sims I have EVER played! If you love The Sims I recommend getting this game it will amaze you with the graphics and the things you can do..ANd when you have a baby sim theres is so much you can do with the baby other than the usual of all the other games!! "Great Game, Great Series, Great Price", I first played this game a few months ago, and I loved it. It is similar to the sims 2 however it is easier. Unlike the sims 2 there's no bills to pay, no gardener to hire to look after flowers, and no fears. I love the laptop friendly controls. At first I didn't think that i would use them but I use them all the time. I also really like that this game has laptop friendly Specs (doesn't take up much space). One of the things that really makes this game so much fun is the story mode. One of the reasons why i loved the console versions of the sims was because of the story mode that it oftered. To have the story mode now on the pc is wonderful. The guided storys are a lot of fun to play and i plan on playing them again. This game is a great game, in a great series at at great price and is highly recomended to new players of the sims and old players of the sims.

"Great for laptops", I think people are missing the point of this game. If you are looking for the sims 2 then go buy the sims 2 and expansion packs. I bought this game because the sims 2 won't work on my laptop. This game works great! Yes, it is a really basic version of the sims, but thats what I needed. It does not slow down my laptop at all, and I can play whenever I like, not just on my pc.

For those wondering: This game is only 1 cd, not 4 like the regular sims 2. That should tell you right there how much less space it takes up on your laptop. I still have plenty of space to save my papers and notes for classes, and even install more games (I LOVE Zoo Tycoon as well).

The stories may be short or whatever, but I think people are completely misunderstanding what the creators were aiming for. Eventually I think these games will have expansion packs, and I am excited they have already launched a new website with a few downloads. In the future I am hoping for an exchange just like the regular sims 2 website has.

"This was a waste of time and money", I bought this game not knowing that there were so many problems getting it to run. I have found online that a number of people have had problems with it. I never did get my computer to run the game so it appears I have wasted my money. It would be nice if there was a warning that there are so many glitches with this game and apparently other games by the same company. I am very disappointed.

"It was a good game.", Overall I really enjoyed this game. It was fun to have goals to complete as far as the game goes. But it would've been nice to have more than just 2 stories to go with. It also really didn't give many options. But overall I enjoyed playing it.

"SIMply Addicting!!!", I love this game. I don't know how anyone couldn't. My favorite part is having twins. Of course you have to cheat, but it's fun having more babies than your supposed to. ha! (once your pregnant and before you have the baby->hold ctrl+shift+c and enter forcetwins, then hit enter your carrying twins!) Don't worry parents. It's nothing like you think. Everything is blurred. When having the baby, the woman stands up, moans and groans alot and kinda twirls around a few times, then bam there's the baby. Very clean and child friendly.
I have beaten both stories. But you still have so much to do. It's so much fun. There's endless possibilities with this game!!

"So...What's new?", I purchased this at Target thinking that this was an expansion pack for the sims 2, but all you do in Life Stories is play the lives of a couple of pre-designed characters. Now, if I'm going to play the life of a character, it's going to be my own where I can decide where they are going to go. There's nothing here that I couldn't have done on the sims 2. Don't waste your money. Buy the Nightlife or Pets expansions instead.

"The sims life stories game is ok", Yes well sims life is a alright game but i would not rush out to buy this game but maybe i just like to play the sims on ps2 but all all its a good game ,make sure u have lots of memory (ram)so u can have fun playing this game.thats about it .

"The Sim's Life Stories", Overall the game is fun to play. But I think that there should be more choices for decorating the houses.

"So-So", I'm glad I got this game free because it's just an okay game. I was looking forward to playing it because there are goals, but it feels like it's so planned out. All the game really does is tell you what to do. I gave two stars for fun because the other sims in the game have things to say and it adds something to it...But I feel so restricted in the Riley and Vincent stories. I know there is a 'Free Play' neighborhood, but there are less objects because there are no expansion packs for it (yet, anyway). I like Sims2 Seasons so much better.
