"could be better", I've had my case for about a year now. I use it all the time and this is the main things I noticed about it. The case does its job by adding another layer of protection and some storage. The case is has a rubbery lining. The holders for the UMD's work fine. I do wish the compartment for the PSP "grabbed" and held the PSP as well. The hinged screen cover protects the screen but rarely latches. Since the PSP isn't held firmly in place it can rattle in the case and so, over the last year, the left edge of the hinged screen cover has developed a rub mark on the face of my PSP. Just to the right of the "P" of PSP. One last thing; you have to open the case to charge the PSP. It's not a big deal but they provide a cutout in the case to allow for this; it seems it should work then.

"FREAKING AWESOME!", This what I have been looking for, for a long time. It fits very well around the PSP, while leaving shoulder buttons, charger port, and headphone port exposed for use. It will hold 2 UMDS along with your PSP SLIM (2000), but has a foldable screen protector that comes down and locks the PSP in, so despite the extra room (used or not) doesnt cause the PSP to flop around inside like the Logitech slim case. When you open the lid the screen protector still stays locked in so your PSP doesnt flip out. I hate flopping out, its the worst.

Only real cons are, even though you can play the PSP inside it, it makes it quite bulkier, but I loved this since the thing was so small it makes my 4th and 5th fingers go numb, now no more. Also, the screen protector, that stops it from flopping around and damaging the screen... well its slighty crooked, to the right, may just be mine, and I am extremely picky, so it may not even bother you. Also since the case, for your convience, leaves a few ports and jacks open it lets in dirt and dust, so I wrap it in a cloth and then take it with me in my bag, but again I am extremely picky, so it may not even bother you.

A bit long, but I really wanted to get it out there since i bought, tried, and returned many cases because they were pure garbage.

"Well worth the money", You've read the other reviews. Snug, form-fitting rubber. A screen to protect the PSP screen. You can play games with the PSP in the case. All true. The big minus? The headphone jack is covered up, so you can't just listen to phones with the PSP in the case. That's a minor problem.

Does it protect the PSP? Most definitely. I've had too horrible dropping incidents. The PSP was in the case both times. Both times the case came open and the PSP came out. Both times the PSP was unharmed. It would have been better if the case didn't open, but the way I see it, the case took the brunt of the impact, it opened and the PSP kinda slid out. (That's fairly accurate as to how both incidents played out.) The PSP travel case saved the PSP. I have not had a single problem due to the drops.

Get this is you want to protect your system. In fact, I think it's as essential as a charger and Memory Sticks.

"Almost what I needed", I knew that when I bought my PSP I needed it to have some sort of protection. I noticed this fine little piece of hardware when searching for some case. There were a few deciding factors in picking this up over the other case out there:

It is an official Sony
It carries to UMDs with the case
and the other reviews said it is very sturdy.

All of these positives were true but there was one glaring weakness when receiving this case, it is just too big for a slim PSP. The case allows for the slim to rattle a little bit inside the case. So with a little modding, some laying around foam and krazy glue, it works great, now I just need to paint it.

"Great!", This is a great case! It may be a bit bulky, but it works wonderfully! It not only holds, and protects your PSP, but it protects your screen, and holds two games, and memory sticks! It also makes holding it ALOT more comfortable,

"Looks cool, bit bulky, but protects well", Pros. It looks darn cool. It holds 2 UMDs and 2 memory cards, snug and safe as well as your PSP - and in typical Sony style, it LOOKS cool. There is a protective bit of plastic that protects that gorgeous large PSP screen. It is made so you can prop it up like a stand and watch movies and such on your PSP without holding onto it or leaning it against anything

Cons. It only holds 2 UMDs, but if you have one game in your PSP, 2 UMDs, and 2 memory cards with movies and such, maybe it's really all you need. The bit of plastic that protects the screen does not snap on quickly, requires a bit of a nudge. It's a bit heavy for casing so if you are playing games, you are holding the PSP, plus the case, plus the 2UMDs and such so the unit starts getting heavy. Usually have to take the PSP out of the case to play. One IDIOT design point - the case covers the earphone jack so you cannot use your earphones while the PSP is in the case.
Since it's not a very expensive product, what you get for what you pay for is not bad.

"Don't buy if you have a PSP Slim.", I recommend not purchasing this item as a bundle with the new PSP Slim. Amazon should of pointed this out, that the New PSP Slim does not fit snuggly in the case. I have drop this case twice and the PSP will fall out.

I guess they(Amazon) expect people to buy it, then write a review about it. Instead of making Better quality insurance of the product, telling the consumer it "DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH THE NEW PSP SLIM".

"Wonderful", I orderded this product for my sone. He loves this carrying case because it keeps his game secured.

"Algo pesado", Encuentro bastante pesado este case más si consideramos que es para tener el psp dentro de él la goma interna protege el aparato que es lo que más importante pero si se llegase a caer el plástico externo colapsaría inmediatamente. Aunque lo customicé agregándoles unos dibujos en la carcaza y se ve nice.
