"Playseat EVOLUTION", I use the Playseat EVO with my PS3-Logitech Gran Turismo wheel. I play games such as GRiD, DiRT, GT5 Prologue, Need for Speed Pro Street and Initial D (Japanese Import) with much ease. Very happy with the quality and clean up. My dog marked it as his on day two and it cleaned up a damp soapy rag! I picked the black seat and it still looks like it did when I bought it! Good Buy.

"If you like driving you'll love this chair", If you like driving you'll love this chair. Very sturdy, rugged, and durable. The vinal covering is easy to clean. I have the original Playseat and love the construction of this one a lot more. I prefer the cloth seats but that is more personnal then comfort.

"This thing is fun!", Bought this after buying the Logitech G25 wheel. The shift plate wasn't available so I had to order that from another website. The center post for the wheel gets a little annoying when working the pedals but otherwise a fun product. *NOTE* I also use this for my Saitek X52 and the shift plate works great for the throttle (you can switch the sides the plate is mounted quickly and easily)

"great for forza 2", this is a great product. very sturdy. works well with the 360 wireless wheel using the provided velcro. doesn't take up too much space when you're not using it. it wasn't very comfortable at first, but after adjusting it a bit, it's pretty comfy now. i sit in it even when i'm playing non-racing games. assembly isn't very difficult and it comes with all the needed tools.

"Great Product", Very comfortable and can take your gaming to the next level. The wheel mount is stable and secure with very little (if any) wobble. Everything is fully adjustable to suit your most comfortable position. I am about 6'2" and have no problems fitting into the seat and there is still length to spare in the foot pedal adjustment. If I may be a harsh critic, the only area which could see improvement is the incorporation of some lateral adjustability in the foot pedal rest. I use an Xbox 360 wheel and the pedals could be slightly more comfortable if they could be moved to the right. The central post supporting the wheel nearly interferes with your right leg when you reach for the brake. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this product for years to come.

"Solid platform for racing games minus buttkicker", The Evolution Gaming Seat is mostly what I'd hoped for: a solid, durable platform for my racing wheel and pedals. I have the Microsoft XBox 360 wireless wheel, and using lots of velcro (supplied with the seat) secured it perfectly. Playseats sells an extra adapter for mounting the wireless XBox 360 wheel, but you don't need it. That's the great news!

On the downside, I noticed during assembly that there is no post underneath the seat anywhere for mounting a ButtKicker BK-GR Gamer (which lets you feel vibration in the seat). It is on my list to purchase next, but I will have to come up with some sort of juryrigged way to attach it.

"Quality and fun in one package", This is my first investment with anything close to a racing seat. The Playseats Evolution Gaming Seat is quality and comfort. From the minute you open the box you will realize the true quality that went into this top notch product. Fear not people who are large or small, short or tall. This amazing seat has an unbelievable amount of adjustments that makes it easy for anyone to fit comfortably in this chair.

Assembling is rather simple as there are only a few steps involved. Each part of this gaming seat is solid and well made to last for years. Once assembled the only difficult part is adjusting it. Now if you have a G25 wheel like me you will find this gaming seat is almost made perfectly for this. Everything part of the wheel is bolted in to make it extra secure. Sitting in the gaming seat is very comfortable. The racing seat is well made and contours well to the body.

Now obviously if you have a seat like this you will need a good quality wheel and I believe for any enthusiast that would be the G25 by Logitech. It's an excellent wheel that is this gaming seat was made for. Of course you will need the gear shift holder that doesn't come with this set. Amazon doesn't offer it but it is available.

In closing this is a great seat and it will last just about anyone for several years. Enough time to enjoy some great racing games on their favorite console or PC.

"Reasonable quality at an attractive price", The Playseats Evolution a great option for any serious racer on a budget. The seat itself has the look of a race seat, but is wide and flat to accommodate most any driver. The seat is very soft and comfortable. I am 6'5" tall and 250 pounds and have no issues with being cramped. If anything, the pedal mount extends further than you'd ever need it to. Construction is average...as with most made in China products. The fitment during assembly was OK. The seat is constructed with semi-sloppy tack welds. The main gripe I have with the seat is with the paint finish. My seat arrived with several rub marks on the paint. The packaging is so tight that metal pieces end up rubbing each other during shipment, marring the paint. The paint finish is sub-par and I expect that it will wear quickly.

I am using this seat with a Logitech G25 wheel, which meant that a separate shift mount had to be purchased (which amazon doesn't even sell.) This single piece runs between $30-40, so it does add significantly to the overall price of the seat.

In the end, the Playseats pro's outweigh its con's. It looks great, is very comfortable and seems to work well with all the popular wheels. The Evolution adds another layer of realism to the racing simulator experience.

"Logitech G25 & Playseats Evo a match in made in Heaven", Amazing build quality. I worried that it would be janky and wobbly but this thing is ROCK SOLID. Has predrilled mounting holes for my G25 Racing wheel, along with the pedals and shifter (with additional shifter adapter). It comes with the bolts for mounting the G25 (and I suspect other lower-end Logitech wheels), as well as plenty of velcro and zip ties. However, I didn't have to use a single piece of velcro for my setup. The zip ties... well thats one of only two complaints I have. You have to zip tie your cables along the frame, which I would have rather of had the option of running them inside the frame to totally hide them. My other complaint, with the G25 you have a clutch pedal and the bar that supports the wheel obstructs my leg a bit. It's not a big deal, and I would not let these two complaints stop you from purchasing this thing. I still give it a five-star rating simply for the build quality, rock solid design and providing EVERYTHING you need to mount your wheel setup. Except apparently for that XBox 360 Wheel, but an adapter plate is available. If you have a Logitech wheel of any kind this is a must have. I have the know-how and ability to design and build my own setup like this but it would be difficult to match the quality for the price they are selling this for. I mean this thing has some quality steel but is still light enough we can push it out of the way when we're done playing. One warning though, if you have tile or hardwood floor make sure you buy a rug or the Playseats matt to throw under it because there isn't any padding under it.

"Playseats Evo+ G25+ GT5=Killer Setup !", I purchase the Playseats Evo Black gaming chair a back in April of this year so that I could play the new GT@ game on my PS3.
I reaaly like the way everything assembles toegether.
I also purchased a Logitech G25 steering wheel system and the optional Playseats shifter attachment.
The other thing that I purchased was a 20'"active USB extension" cable from [...], so that I don't have to be sitting with my nose pressed up to my bigscreen tv.
After all of the install of the above I used black plastic wire looming (like what you would find under the hood of your car.
If you are a BIG racing game fan this seat and this setup is THE ONLY WAY TO GO !.
