"crashed registry",
I bought SummitSoft Psoftware at Best Buy and it scrambled the registry on my Dell PC. I lost the contents of the hard drive.

I restored the operating system and just out of curiosity reloaded Office and then your software and it again crashed the system and destroyed the registry.
