"TV Setup", Great product to learn how to set up TV for best performance and power saving.
Menus can be tough to navigate unless your DVD Player has menu options (only one of ours did).
Results are great. Picture looks better with the adjustments. power consumption is down too (noticeably not so much heat coming off).

"THX fine-tune your panel", Tweak your screen for best pix using any DVD player (in HD, if you got a red-laser HD-DVD player, leap-day blow-out sale.) Out of the box, TVs are set wrong to grab attention seen displayed in a store.

"Digital Video Essentials (double sided DVD w/ SD & HD)", This was not helpful at all. I could not make the basic adjustments to my new HD LCD television in the ways demonstrated in the video presentation. I could find no reference to LCD anywhere in the presentation; only CRT and projection televisions. When I tried to e-mail support at the Joe Kane web site, I was informed that no support was available. I wrote a letter to Mr. Kane at the address on the web site 3 weeks ago and have not received a reply. If it were possible to give a "no stars" rating I would.

"so so", Very full of unwanted info. difficult to navigate, still have not completely calibrated my television.

"HD Television calibration", This thing provides the needed test patterns and a reasonable level of instruction to get the job done.

My system looked much better after I got done.

My only negative is the "tutorial" portion was more than a little verbose as it threw in subjects that were completely beyond the users ability to adjust or affect. It was kind of like they were showing off their TV decoder design prowess. I found myself saying "OK, get on with it."

Also, the menu makes it a too difficult to get to the test patterns. They are nested way to deep.

Just put them out front. Once you have endured their monotonous droning on and on, you don't need any further instruction. You should be able to go directly to the patterns to use them as you need.

"DVE HD Video Essentials", I was a civil engineer before I got my Master's degree and subsequently my M.D. I am usually pretty adept at dealing with technical issues. This DVD is very poorly organized and was essentially useless to me with it's lack of clarity in instructions. I will wait for DVE HD for Dummies to come out.

"DVD Essentials Review", Interesting DVD which allows you to understand the different elements involved in calibrating your video and audio equipments. Not as easy to use as you might originally think, but will pretty much improve overall picture quality.

"Needed for your new LCD TV", I got my new Loewe Individual Selection 32" to be fine tuned to the light seeing conditions of my living room. Fantastic! Now I am in my own cinema

"instructions would help", I've been trained on video calibration, but since I don't regularly do it I don't know of the top of my head how to use each test screen. The disk comes with no instructions...I'm sure the instructions can be found online but that's kind of a drag.

"Essenctial for HDTV calibration", Vesy usefull to calibrate HDTV at home without professinal calibration.
You may not get the same results as the professinal calibrator but it will be in the ball park. For the price it's a great tool.
