"Casino"
This is a fun alternative to the regular games.
You can use it as a learning tool before you go to a casino to know how to play the games. I like the tutorial that helps you choose how to play.

"Crap Table is Crappy!"
I enjoy the Poker tables. The Crap table is way to slow. I understand this is a problem with most folks who purchased this game. I was disappointed with the new characters also. They removed the ability to trash talk to the other characters. All in all a real let down! I hear there is a patch that will make it all better...but i am not holding my breath.

"No fun craps"
It takes 45 sec.to 55 sec. in between rolls at the craps table. This product takes the exciting game of craps and puts you to sleep. They are aware of this problem and still continue sell it. If you enjoy craps, don't buy this. T/Bone

"Crashing all the time"
The games are great, but it keeps crashing in the middle of the Texas Hold Em tournament. The worst part is it does not save the game when it crashes.

"Has Problems"
The 2007 version of Hoyle Casino is a defective product. If you check on Encore Software's forums, you'll find many complaints about Hoyle Casino 2007.

One bug in particular, causes delays up to one minute every single time you roll the dice. The game just stands still and nothing happens. If you do decide to check out Encore Software's hoyle's casino forum, every single owner of the game has reported this glitch. In my oppinion, this bug renders the game craps completely unplayable. And that's just one of the the problems...

Don't buy it at all until Encore releases an official patch. Better yet, don't buy it at all and keep playing on the older versions of this game.

"If you want to play CRAPS - buy something else!", As a lover of Craps, I had a previous version of this software and loved it, but I lost it so I had to buy another one. Unfortunately, I stumbled across this package at Best Buy and bought it. I wish I had done some research first. The only game I bought it for - Craps - is unplayable!! It's the same problem all these other reviews specify - the long wait time after each roll of the dice.

I did try 'Let it Ride' and had no problems, but I didn't play it for more than about 20 minutes.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

"Hoyle Casino 2007 vs Hoyle Casino 2004", Hoyle Casino 2007 is the most annoying of the series. That glitch while playing craps is terrible. Also the sound quality is very rough and some of the fun features such as the drinks service and the trash talking have been taken away. It would have been good to see new items in the face creator section, more choice and better voices. A few more interesting characters wouldn't hurt either.
Hoyle Casino 2004 is much better with no glitches. Overall I find this to be the better verion apart from the repetitive music.


"GRIPES ON CASINO 2007", I ENJOY THE CASINO 2007 GAMES VERY MUCH. I HAD CASINO 2003 UNTIL IT QUIT PERFORMING, WITH VERY LITTLE PROBLEMS. THE CASINO 2007 IS ALMOST IDENTICAL, BUT IT HAS ONE PROBLEM. THE CRAPS GAME DOES NOT WORK GOOD AT ALL. IT HANGS UP AND WILL NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS. I TRIED THREE TIMES TO GET ADVICE ON FIXING IT OR A REPLACEMENT FROM THE AUTHORS, BUT SINCE I BOUGHT IT FROM AMAZON AND NOT THEM, THEY REFUSE TO HELP. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS???

"how can they release it?", Now this is an official product of the United States Playing Card Company. Then how is it possible that after rolling the dice, you won't be able to roll it till a minute later? This bug is so obvious you wonder how is it possible that the product is released before they fix this bug. Also, half a year has passed since the user reported the problem on amazon and known on the official Encore forum. Now, the bug is still not said to be fixed on the official support page.

"Hoyle Casino", I have an older version of Bicycle Casino and I like it better. I don't care for the over all set up.
