"Lacks Printed Manual & One use software", Two annoyances with this software, so far...

I have only recently begun to use Sky and don't really understand all the functionality yet. One of the major factors impeding progress is the lack of a printed manual with the software. There is a 225 page PDF file/manual which explains it functionality but that is not the same as a printed manual. Constantly referencing the PDF file is a pain.

The license for the software is for one computer which of course means not on your lap top for use at telescope and on a desktop with a large screen in your home. This is too restrictive.

"Not a better program or support.", There isn't a better program for astronomers. The Sky Six has everything one could ever need. With it's itnergration for telescopes and with CCD Software. What more could you want. They have downloads for patches and not just to fix stuff. They also have new functions and features in those downloads. There customer support is the best I have ever gotten from a software company. They not only care but they fix your problems! I can't recommend this software any more than I am. My top rating.
