"A long review..."
Wow. I've tried many headphones, including iPod ones, and this was the BEST deal I have ever gotten. Have you ever tried using your iPod earbuds, and smash them up to your ears and the bass seems really good? Well this is what you get, but BETTER. And best of all, you don't have to smash them into your ear!

I've had these earphones for a day now, and there great. The bass is fantastic, and so is sound quality. Beats iPod earbuds. I got these for 6 dollars, just 6, and they say WAY better then the iPod standard ones. And they cost 30 dollars! I would HIGHLY recommend someone that has a budget on earbuds but wants a REALLY good deal, just get these. Just get them.

As far as sound isolation, I am not sure for buses, but just for your standard home, its great. I put these on, and when I was watching t.v. I had my iPod on, and I was listening to some quiet music and I could not focus on my t.v. It was even on volume 10, which is pretty loud, and I could still not focus on it. These strictly will make you focus on your music, or whatever your trying to listen to on your iPod.

Last thing, for the fit, I don't know about you guys, but it fit me fine. I firstly tried to stick it in straight into my ear though, but it didn't work. So what you have to do is turn it at an angle, put it in your ear, then make it straight. Not a lot of force into it, just give it a little push, and it's in! It stays in your ear, whether your running or walking, because I've tried. Also, the silicone tips look pretty durable, and they stay on well, so don't worry about them breaking anytime soon. Just make sure to avoid putting them in your pocket when you can, so they can last you a while.

Overall, I am VERY pleased with these, these are WAY better then the iPod ones, and I got them for 6 dollars, NEW! And last thing for fits, I tried them on, they were fine, I had my mom and dad try them, they were fine, AND I had my brother try them, and he's 8 years old, and they were great. These will pretty much fit into anyones ears. This is a really good deal, so get it ASAP!!!

This is my review, hope you enjoyed reading it.
Sincerely,
Kevin.

"A poor choice if..."
...you have small ears (they tend to fall out easily)
...lots of ear wax (they get gross quickly)

"Simple, cheap, and pretty good"
I've been using these almost daily for about 3 months now. I wanted to wait a while before writing a review to make sure they would last more than a few weeks. I'm no audiophile, and these work just fine for me. They still work great after using them frequently for jogging, walking, working in the yard, or cleaning up around the house. They stay in my ears quite comfortably and do what they're supposed to do. I'm sure there's better quality out there, but these are just fine for my purposes.

"Great Earbuds for the Price"
I got a pair of these with my pepsi points, and turned around and ordered a pair for my husband and daughter, they were so comfortable.

"Comparision with the Apple white phones"
I have medium sized ears and these fit perfectly as do the white Apple headphones (which I also like). The Coby's are more comfortable than the Apple brand due to the soft ear cups. They truly do reduce background noise at restaurants, coffee shops, etc. due to the seal they form in the ear canal.

I can not speak about how long they will last since I've only had mine for several weeks, but it seems like the soft ear cups might tear after a while. So for running I wear the Apple brand because those are quite durable. I like the cord on the Apple ones better, I think it's a perfect gauge which barely gets tangled. The Coby cord is slightly lighter gauge and does tend to tangle. I give the sound quality advantage to the Coby's.

I would recommend these phones to a friend due to their light weight, comfortable design, decent sound, and great price. You just might want to pick up two in case one breaks down the road (every headphone is susceptible to breakage in one way or another). I keep my pair of Coby's in my laptop bag to listen to tunes off my computer and keep my Apple headphones on my iPod Shuffle for exercise and walking around town.

What our customer's say!

"My 17-year-old son's favorite earphones.", We've been through many earphones and earbuds, and my son says these are the best of any he's tried. I was a bit skeptical due to the low price, but he loves these.

"ear buds", I received the ear plugs quickly and in perfect condition. Great sound quality and consistently great performance.

"Great Little Ear Buds", I have a set of these, and I like them because they fit in my small ears. The sound is good, and they don't fall out of my ears. They are a great product for the money, and the shipping was amazingly fast.

I bought these for my granddaughter.

"Good Price", Seem to work well but the ear plugs seem to tire the ear channel after a short while.

"You get what you pay for on this!", All I can say is that I got what I paid for here. Cheap! One side works all the time and if you mess with the volume, the other one might work also, along with a little static while adjusting. However, if you don't care too much about quality, I think these earphones are worth the $5 I paid.

"Good sound, comfort lacking", Well, upon first appearance they look okay. The first negative I noticed was that there is no little thing on the wire to protect against tangling. They do tangle. The sound was atrocious when I first started using them, but apparently there is an "breaking-in" period because they got much better later.

Indeed, they sound very nice. Not life-changing, but certainly improved from the standard iPod headphones, and the isolation-style earbuds don't necessarily block everything out, but they do help get the sound directly into your ear. Unfortunately, I really DO NOT like the way they fit in my ear. I always feel them slipping out if I smile or turn my head and it drives me CRAZY! I probably would not have gotten them if I'd known that. Of course, there aren't many alternatives.

So overall, the sound is certainly better, but the comfort is a pretty big sacrifice for better sound.

"not the best fit", These are super cheap headphones (<$6 as of now), and you kinda get what you pay for..

Pros:
Cheap
Decent sound
Decent length cord

Cons:
not the best fit- they tend to fall out easily and become increasingly uncomfortable the longer they're on.
almost no isolation- but what did u expect from a pair of $6 buds?

If you have $6 to spare then I suggest you buy these. They're decent enough. Don't pay more than $10 though.

Tip: I switched the buds (left on right ear & vice versa) and they felt more comfortable. Give it a try.

"What is this????", Would've given no star if it's possible... This thing does not fit at all! There's no way for it to stay in my ears. I was out of earphones so I tried wearing them for about 3 nights. My left ear hurt extremely for the next two days - I didn't even think it was possible for it to hurt that bad. But then again, these are $5... not surprising..

"They're ok", They're ok, the fell out of my ears after a while and I need to push them back in. The sound quality is great though and it does block out the noise.

"Nice Price....Bad Sound", I purchased these to replace the broken earbuds that came with my SanDisk MP3. Those earbuds were great....in stereo. These duds sound like I am listening to an AM station through a tin can. It boasts great Bass sound. That's a joke. Spend the extra money and get something decent.
