"Lego Star Wars 2 ", The game is alot of fun. It's more for the younger children, but I enjoy it even being much older

"Another SW Hit", Here again we have a SW videogame, as its precedor, this is an unusual way of the force. COmpared to the orginal game, this is a little bit more difficult because now you have several tasks to solve in order to finish the game with a 100%. Another interesting issue is adding the save game from the previous game, however, it took me some days to figure out how to do it and I had to cotact Lucasarts support, no complain about this because the answer was delivered fast and after this there was no big deal. It was just another Vista issue where you know you have several directories about your account. But talking about the game, I consider playing was imprived and it is so easy to play thatmy 5 yo son is becoming a true Jedi in this game. Now you have the chance to control certain ships from the films and recreate your own story along the Original trilogy. I am quite sure those of my generation, about 30-something will enjoy this very much, and for the younger ones, I think it is a nice way to spend time after doing homework, not to mention the chance to spend time with the kids playing and reinforcing family bonds. So get your favorite bounty hunter and start collecting all the red bricks and Lego containers to solve the game.

"Lego Star Wars II", It's a really fun game, my only problem is the character mix and match feature. It only works if only one person is using the game (the other person has dropped out) and even then, it doesn't work well. The game has gotten stuck many times because we accidently walked over the the mix and match character tubes. Kind of annoying, but the rest of the game (so far we're about half way through) is really fun (not to mention funny)!

"8 - 10 yr olds LOVE IT!", As a parent who is reluctant to provide "fighting" games for my boys, I started off with the LEGO Star Wars video game, 6 months ago at Christmas 2007. (The boys were 8 & 9 then.) I figured that the leap in their minds from legos battling to my boys physically fighting was pretty great. Since I didn't see my sons physically lashing out at each other when they got angry or frustrated, (after hours of playing Legos Star Wars) I was encouraged. So in June 2008, I bought the Indiana Jones Lego video game. Lego Indiana Jones: The Original AdventuresBoth boys and their friends love to play it. It is easy enough for them to handle, yet challenging enough for them to have to work at it and not get bored. I have noticed that my sons and their friends take both the video storylines and can role play with their lego toys longer than they used to. I like to encourage imaginative play and this video game actually helps them do just that! Who would have thought!? (Mom age 51)

"Good game, but occasional random crashes", Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy
Good PC game, with excellent graphics. However, at random times the game crashes in Windows XP Professional (Media Center edition) with a pop-up to report the problem to Microsoft. Technical support from the vendor provides a "cop-out" response that perhaps the video card drivers are not up to date. In my case, they are, but the crashes continue.

"Lego Star Wars II", The game is a lot of fun, but the PC version has a bug in it that causes it to freeze randomly throughout the game. It is very frustrating when you can't save a lot becuase you have to start a level all over when it freezes.

"Fun for father and son", The type of game which makes you work together in two player mode and is alot of fun with a challenge

"Research the system specs before purchasing this software", We know this is a great game--we've played it at a cousin's house. Not wanting to fully enter the gaming system world, we purchased this PC product. Nowhere in the product description is there any info about the systems specs for successful installation, beyond needing Windows XP. With my eight-year-old son brimming with eagerness, I began the installation process, only to receive a fatal error that my laptop doesn't have the right graphics card. As I now know, graphics cards on laptops cannot be upgraded. So my son has spent his Christmas money on two game controllers and this game, which he cannot use unless we buy a new computer. "4yr old son loves it!", My 4yr old son recieved this for X-Mas and absolutely loves it!! We had no problem installing the game and it runs with no problems. My only complaint, like other reviewers have said, is that the game doesn't save exactly where you left off. It saves at the beginning of the chapter you were at. So if you quit midway through the chapter, you have to start at the beginning of it the next time. We also leave the PC on all the time so my son doesn't lose his place.

One of the best features for us is the two player ability. When my son is having some trouble my husband or myself can pop into the game and play another character right along side our son and then pop out when we are done. Then my son continues to play on. The two player mode is set up so one person plays the number pad and the other with the letters, so you are using the same keyboard. Very user friendly. Fun for both kids and adults and some humor for the adults Star Wars fans.

"Great game spoiled by lack of basic Save feature", This is a good game which my 5-year old son finds absolutely compelling. BUT, why on earth don't they allow you to save the game as you go through? The box says that it is suitable for people of 3+ years but what the programmers have forgotten is that children take time to get through games like this. Not being able to save the game means that we have had to leave the PC on since Christmas so that we don't lose our progress. What a shame these programmers don't live in the real world!
