How do you buy food for the dogs??????? and other things cause I haven't a clue. it says you go to shops and buy things but how do you do that? my dog is practically starving to death so it would be really nice if I can have some help here!!!

I bought this for my kids instead of getting Nintendogs since we have a computer and do not have a DS. The first time I installed it, it would lock up when you tried to train the dog. I searched the website and found that MAYBE I need to update my video driver (I have a pretty new computer). So I did that and reinstalled it. Still locked up. So I emailed the company (no phone support) and we waited the whole weekend to hear from them. Guess what...they told me to update my driver! So I messed around with it again and found that it locks up when you use the mouse and the space bar option instead of the 2 mouse button option (for training). Now that we had it working, my kids (8 and 10) played with it for about 45 minutes each and that's it! It's boring. Tamagotchis are WAY better! Spend your 15-20 bucks on one of them instead.

"adoreable"
first when you go to the kennel all the dos are there i tryed out each one the beagles and the german shepards are the most agile. but the dogs do not do well in obidence.

people said that 12 year-olds won't like it it's not true the dogs are absalutly adoreable especily in the kennel. it was a tough disision but i had to get a beagle. the town is so realistic all the stuff is cute too i got sherlock (the beagle) a detective hat it was so suiting!But this game is totaly worthit!go on buy it!

Ok, I am 12. (That will help)

The story: I was at the store today, just looking around. I went into the video game section, and then I saw it: What looked like the cutest game ever! So, I looked at the price tag. Not bad. So, i just decided to pick it up.

Playing it: I finally got home. I exidedly opened the package. I looked at it. Looked like a great replacement for Nintendogs. (Because I wanted to buy it, but it's just too expensive!) Then, I installed it without a problem. Then finally, I clicked "play" It immediatley took me to the shelter. I picked out a brown dachound and named it Baby. So, we went to the kitchen. (On the game) and she just kinda walked around. It made me laugh. But then, when I really started to play it, it was sooooo confusing!! And when I finally figured it out, I desided to teach it tricks. But it woldn't do them!! I was doing it right, drawing it like it saied, but the dog just woldn't do it!! And that's basicly what made it boring.

How I would rate it and why: I would give this a 3. It's fun, but confusing and not ment for older children like me.

The pros are: 1) The graphics are incredable! 2)The dogs are really cute! 3) The game is really cheap!

Now the cons: 1) It's really confusing at first. 2) You dont teach it tricks. It's practilly impossible. 3) Theres not much to do in the game. 4) There needs to be more breeds.


this is probablt sutible for kids ages 7-10. Also, if I can figure out how to do the tricks, then that will probably raise it to a 4. But I cant. I tryed and tryed and almost cryed out of frustrasion. It is fun, but there is definatley room for improvement.
