"Great game", I bought this game for my then 10yrs old that was back at christmas 2006. The hand held has held up great to this day. yes there are updates but that has been few and far between. It helps if you have a very fast connection so that when the hand held syncs with the online world it wont take long. The virtual world is the best part of the hand held. my son plays for hours on end and always wants to go back for more. there have been a few times when the site was done but that to has been few and far between. I gave this a 5 star for a great virtual world to play in and the hand held being a great device. The key to the success of this hand held is a very fast connection to the internet.

"Poor delivery, Poor QUALITY", GOT IT AFTER ALMOST A MONTH FOR ITS STANDARD DELIVERY
ONLY USE IT FOR 2 WEEKS, IT CAN'T WORK NOW.

"Will only collect dust", I bought this for my 8yr old daughter after she saw an ad on TV and "had" to have one. She played with it a handfull of times and hasn't looked at it since. Who knows maybe she is too old for this one?

"Fun but too many bugs.", My 6 year old loved the interactive aspects of her Cloe. She liked buying new clothes and playing the simple games on it. So she had her $15 worth of fun.I would not have paid more than that for it though.
We had a horrible time trying to download patches and connect to the website,so we finally gave up on that idea.
But the item would often have to be completely reset,as a programming glitch would not allow her to play video games if she was hungry,but she didn't have enough money to buy food. This happened several times,causing my daughter to lose all the "stuff" she had managed to accumulate. Maybe a lesson in spending smarter,but it wasn't done deliberately.
Yasmin was even worse,the screen completely fritzed out after a couple days of play.

"Fun little toy if you dont have online access.", My 6 year old daughter loved this for a little while but still uses her tamagotchi tons more. If you really want a portable fun toy for your girl or boy, just fork over the $100 bucks and get a nintendo ds. You can get used games cheap and it will last much longer. Another idea, buy a webkinz ($12) and get free online access to TONS of kids games, rooms to decorate, educational quizzes and much more for a year.

"Frustrating!!!", The game has a nice concept, IF IT WORKED. I've been trying since christmas(over 3 months) to connect this game to the internet to update it for my kids and finally was able to update the firmware today. Something that you will have to do to be able to get to the virtual worlds,BUT THE WEB SITE IS ALWAYS DOWN!!!!! EXPERANCING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS!!! and the nice window that pop's up on the home page from the Chief, asking for suggestions goes to a bad link!!!

I only gave it 1 star because the review process doesn't have a 0 stars.

"Don't Waste Your Time or Money", This product is a waste of time! Don't bother. The handheld game is entertaining for my daughter, but connecting it online via the website is frustrating to say the least! Once connected, we walked around the "virtual world" with nothing to do. It is too complicated for my 8 yr old to do alone. There are much better products out there for children that are similar, but easier to play with. I would suggest Webkinz or Neopets. These 2 sites are very kid friendly and have educational games to play, unlike the Muichiz site! Good luck...

"HORRIBLE - waste of money", This toy can't be unsed unless you go online and "update" it. We have spent countless hours trying to "update" this toy - and ther is always a problem. The website is down or some other technical problem. Then IF the website is up - you go through the whole process and the toy still does not update - so it is unusable! It is a complete waste of money.

"A great Buy", I got this for my 8 yr old daughter for her birthday and she loves it!

She really loves taking care of the Miuchiz and making credits to buy things for it. I didn't know there were games on there also that girls her age would like, such as tic tac toe and paper, rock, scissors!

She really enjoys the Miuchiz and I highly recommend for girls her age.


"Don't waste your time", Don't waste your time on this thing until they fix the bugs. We bought the Bratz one & it thought it was a Pawz when we took it online. After 10 or so total hours (Yes, I know what I'm doing) fighting it I gave up & took it back. Tech support is a joke. There's NOTHING in the manual or online help, only a link to tech support who sends the exact same auto response every time, and none of those responses addresses the issue.
