"Great Product/Excellent Customer Service", I'm a new Blackberry user, and I wanted to create my own custom ringtones without buying an expensive and complicated program to do it. This is so simple, your grandmother could use it, and the quality of the ringtones is good. Best of all, when I had an issue, customer service was right on it. I've never had a problem downloading the completed ringtone to my phone (which is the preferred and easiest way to do it, IMHO). This little program has more than paid for itself in the week I've had it.

"Don't Waste Your Money!", This program is good, UNTIL you get the ringtone on your phone, and it sounds worse than an AM Radio station. Don't waste your money on this thing, just pay for the decent sounding ringtones.

"Do you need a $19 coaster? That's all this will be good for.", This product sucks on SO many levels. At least if you are a Nextel customer. First, I emailed the company asking about compatibility, Andreea assured me that my phone and provider were supported. I buy the software and get an email saying that they shipped on May 30th. I received it on June 4th with a postage label that showed the date of mailing as June 3rd!!! So right off the bat they lied to me and to Amazon! I install the software and find that I can't use ANY of the advertised plug-ins. I also try to get the ringtones I created off my computer with Webjal and my data cable....No joy! I tried getting my ringtones via my phones web browser....No joy! I tried every version of Mp3 ringtone available for download and they wouldn't work. I emailed them and once again, Andreea answers; telling me that the plug-ins are known to have some issues, that's why they are not offered on the most recent version 4.0!! (I suppose if you actually told people that they couldn't create wall papers and such they might lose some orders?) Andreea also at THIS point tells me that my cell phone provider (nextel) is known to be difficult!! Again, if I had been told this when I first asked, I wouldn't have bought it! I emailed them telling them I would GLADLY send this crappy software back to them, and was IGNORED!! I will be filing an Amazon A-Z claim.

This software was completely worthless to me as a Nextel customer with my Motorola i850.

Caveat Emptor!! "Buyer Beware", this company will say anything you want to hear before the sale and then IGNORE you when you catch them lying and ask for a refund.

As an addendum, after requesting an A-Z claim, a Jake Mitchell who identified himself as Head Of Customer Support for DJ ToneXpress, contacted me (via email) and apologized. He also let me know that they had processed my refund.

So, in the end I still can't say this product ever worked for me as a Nextel customer on my Motorola i850, though they did refund my money without TOO much hassle.

"Quality Software Makes Your Phone Truly Yours!", DJ ToneXpress is excellent, easy-to-use software that allows you to turn common audio files into ringtones and easily download them to your phone. I have used this program to create over 20 ringtones in the year-plus that I have used this software and have never been disappointed. Rather than paying $1 or more for ringtones that I want, I can create my own at will and easily download them to my phone, even send them to my friends.

Another great reason for purchasing this software is eliminating my need for a connection cable. I could have spent over $50 on a cable for my phone that would have allowed me to transfer files back and forth, but I would have been out of luck once I replace this phone. By using DJ ToneXpress, no matter what phone I'm using, I have the ability to create my own ringtones. If you're looking to truly make your phone yours, I can recommend no better way than to use this software.

"This is the ONLY ringtone maker you'll ever need.", this product is GREAT! ... it does what it promises it will and it is very easy to use. It's a simple process that takes about two to three minutes to create a ringtone from ANY music you have access to. I use MP3's and I LOVE being able to create custom ringtones for all my friends and family .. that way, I know who is calling as soon as the phone rings ... no need to look at the phone. This can be very helpful if you are driving.

The process is a simple 4 steps ... 1. select a song, 2. grab the part (20-30 seconds usually) that you want for your custom ring tone, 3. send the link (thru their website) to your phone and 4. answer the message and download the ringtone to your phone.

I have many custom ringtones I created that really suit my style ... by AC/DC, the Stones, Buddy Guy, stevie Ray Vaughn and Led Zep. The best/easiest to hear have to have a little bite to them (ballads generally do not make good ringtones).

My favorite ringtones are AC/DC tones including Highway to Hell and Back in Black. You can use your own favorite music and create as many ringtones as you wish ... at no additional cost.

Oops ... I hear Highway to Hell right now ... must be my work calling.

"bad sound", this program is easy to use but the sound is terrible when it gets to your phone I would not recommend.

"The Best", Why have the Bulgarian national anthem as your ringtone when you can have the concluding sax solo to Lou Reed's "Walk on the Wild Side"? Or anything else your heart desires. This is the one of the best-thought-out, no glitch pieces of software I've ever purchased. Inexpensive, logical, great support. I can't recommend it enough.

"Awsome Product", If you are looking to create ringtones the way you want them to be heard, then you will indeed have to purchase this product. This application allows you to select the exact start point of your ringtone, whether it be your favorite course or a line in the verse. Ringtones can be of any length you choose up to 30 seconds. This product is great and so is the customer support that comes along with it. The few times I have had problems with the application, my e-mails were responded to in less than 24 hours and my problem fixed! I have purchased two licences, one for my own computer and one for my mother, and we both love it! You only pay for the application and are able to enjoy as many ringtones as you can come up with, without having to purchase each ringtone seprately. Have a friend that's interested in a ringtone? Send it to them. You can create and send any ringtone made with the application to anyone you choose, being their cell phone provider is supported, and many are. Again, this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who loves ringtones as much as I do. It's simple and quick to download the ringtones to your phone. I don't know what I would do without it!

"The Best Ringtone Maker Out There", I have used serveral ringtone makers and by far, this is the easiest one to use. It is well worth the the money. The feature that I like the best is that Im able to download the tone directly to the pc where I can hook my phone to it, instead of just having to send it through the internet on the phone. And the customer support is EXCELLENT! I would recommend this product to everyone.

"Love it; worth the money", Here's a little about me: I don't usually download software to use, but was interested in creating ringtones from mp3s that i converted from iTunes and I have a Blackberry Curve.

This product is great and don't let the bad reviews make your decision... this product IS NOT a waste of $16; i've only made about 3 ringtones and think this is money well spent, the ringtones made by the product are actually louder than the standard BB ringtones... maybe the issues the others have had are phone dependent issues. Following are my comments:

Pros: user friendly, easy 3 step process, text ringtone right to phone, great customer service

Cons: tends to "hang" sometimes when creating ringtone but just restart & all is good.
