"Motorola Mobile office tools",

I purchased this item, wondering if it would really work for the price, since the usb cable alone was worth the purchase price. The software was easy to download and use, if you read the help section before trying to use it. Works Better than expected. Can't beat this item for what it does at this price. Motorola provides updates for the software.

"Motorloa Phone tools", The service was prompt but the product will not work on my phone. Apparently Verizon blocks the product from working on their phones. I tried downloading an file to unlock it, but still had no success. Good thing it only cost $1.99. Not the seller's fault, Verizon is to blame on this one.

"Useless for Mac users", Nowhere in the product description does it mention that this software is for PC's only. I feel like I was mislead.

"Razr office tools", I purchased this item, wondering if it would really work for the price, since the usb cable alone was way more money at the stores like Best Buy. Bottom line received it and it works Better than expected. Can't beat this item for what it does at this price

"Unusable - Save your money", The software can't find the phone, even though XP finds and correctly identifies the RAZR cell phone.

"Chinese Aftermarket Product--DO NOT BUY!!", Cheap as it is in price, it causes expensive headaches! After I could not get this product to connect with my phone (which is a Razr V3m), I contacted Motorola for updates & help. They politely informed me that this product is a Chinese aftermarket product, not valid in the United States, and it will not work with my V3m. This product is misrepresented by this seller, Accessory Export. When I tried to uninstall it from my PC, it will not allow it to be removed. I had to reformat my entire hard drive (I'm an IT technician, so I know just a bit about computers!). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT--IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE IN LOST TIME AND POSSIBLY COMPUTER DAMAGE! MOREOVER, DON'T BUY ACCESSORY EXPORT'S ADVERTISEMENT!

"Its Moto PHONE tools!, not Office tools...", I ordered this for the hope that it was something different than MPT. Nope. Ive used it with assorted MOTO phones and different computers. I wish I had the same success as some others here. Its VERY slow to load and connect. To be honest, when it does the features work well. Making ring tones is easy after the learning curve. Ive never and never will buy a ringtone and you dont need to with this, If you have the patience. Same with wallpapers. If you are patient and have computer knowlege, this is good for the price. I hope something better comes out.
