"Quinn"
is the newest tech but has no rang and poor sound, i got one for my friend and it works great and even a lower headset h900 works better then my h9

"Mixed results"
The Motorola H9 is a slight improvement in sound quality over my previous headset, a Motorola H500. The H9 ear bud does seal out more of the ambient environment noise, but the highest volume levels of both appear to be identical and are still too low. I find the ear hook of the H500 to the ear bud of the H9 as a more secure way to wear the headset.

"Average..."
Average.... Battery life is not so great... one long conversation and it is done. Only saving grace is the portable cordless charger, but if you have back to back calls, it is a little frustrating. I got it because it was small and fit down in your ear (I like my sony ear phones that fit down in the ear - they are comfortable and have amazing clarity). The only other thing is that it fits down in my ear, but occasionally feels like it could possibly fall out.

"you get what you pay for!"
the Motorola Miniblue H9 is everything you want on a compact, light weight bluetooth. Not only the talk time is more than sufficient for any phone you can think of, you can also take the charger on the go to give it more juice when need it. now if they only made it for the phones. bottom line you will have a bluetooth when you need it just hope you have a phone to keep up with it.

What our customer's say!

"my bluetooth", I think this product is great! It comes with multiple ear pieces to fit anyones size. I have the freedom to do what ever I want while wearing this. I don't feel the dig behind my ears that previous bluetooth devices had given me.

"Overrated and Over priced", I bought this headset when it first came out; I was impressed by the small size and the favorable reviews that it got.

However, after owning it for one year, it is unusable. First of all, the volume buttons don't work at all so you cannot hear the caller. I don't know whether or not they can hear me because I after attempting to increase the volume several times, I just hang up and redial the call.

The headset was never that comfortable; it frequently felt like it was going to fall out of my ear. Callers frequently complained about being unable to hear me even when unit was new the unless I was in a very quiet environment. A slight breeze could interfere with the caller's reception.

I paid $149 for the unit when it first came out; the price has dropped considerably since then. However, even with the reduced price point, the unit is not worth it. I am considering replacing it with the Samsung WEP500.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT!!!!!

"Motorola H9", Overall the earpiece was good, It takes some getting used to but works well

"Motorola Miniblue H9 Bluetooth Headset", This item would not stay in my ear very well, even when it would it always felt like it was going to fall out. It was so small also that the buttons were hard to press to answer and cancel a call, when I would press it to answer or cancel it was uncomfortable in the ear.

"Not Ready for Prime Time", Had to return this product. I really liked all of the features, and got a great deal on it. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to have enough power to be any distance from the cell phone without breaking up.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Mostly satisfied with Motorola Miniblue H9 Headset", I purchased the H9 for 2 reasons. Small size and has an earbud for better sound and a comfortable fit. I am satisfied with both of those requirements. Sound quality from speaker is very good. The earbud is comfortable and blocks out ambient noise.

The downsides are few, but there are two issues that trouble me about the product. 1. The microphone is very sensitive. In a quite area the person you are speaking with can hear you very clearly. However, any background sounds are picked up and makes it difficult for people to hear you speak. 2. The charging system comes with an AC adapter, however I also have a Motorola RAZR and a Y-Adapter for charging both phone and Headset. The H9 charger requires the same connector as the phone, so therefore the Y-Adapter isn't recommended for it. I have to now use two AC Adapters.

Overall I like the product and would recommend it.

"Great sound and comfort, but short talk time.", I bought this two days ago. The fit, sound quality and comfort are good. I thought it would fall out of my ear, but it is very light and fit securely in my ear.

The description online says up to 7 hours or so, but what it didn't state in detail is that it lasts that long only by using it with the charger. I was on a call for 1.5 hours and it started to die on me. I checked some other website and they do say that the earpiece lasts 1.5 hours and can be used for up to 7 hours with the charger. If I'm on a call for longer than 1.5 hours or have used it before a long call, it will not last. What is the point of having a handsfree headset if you need to switch to your phone, while you recharge the headset?

I'll know better when I go to return this headset for one with a longer, continuous talk time.

The talk time is my only complaint. I would love this headset if it had a talk time of at least 4 continuous hours.

"A better earpiece, IMHO", With my new LG VX-9900, I purchased a Bluetooth over the ear headset, the Motorola H500 which I hated. It would only stay on my ear if I were motionless. Any movement of my head and it moved off. Also, the speaker was so far from my ear canal, the sound was terrible. So, I gave up on headsets, opting for the more restrictive wired earphone.

I was initially reluctant to get the H9 with all the bad reviews, but I really preferred a Bluetooth earpiece so I thought I'd try it anyway. It just seemed to be a more logical approach and I liked the idea of it being tiny and less obtrusive.

I have been using it about three weeks now and I am very satisfied. It stays in my ear!!! I can walk, bend, turn my head, whatever, and it stays there. There are several ear cushions to choose so you will almost certainly get one to fit snuggly. OK, after an hour or so, I take it out to scratch an itch, but that's a minor issue.

There is a very slight delay when a call comes in until it picks it up. You answer by tapping the outer surface of the earpiece. It takes about 1.5 seconds to answer the call. When you tap the earpiece, you will hear one more ring then there is a connection. You don't hear a "click" -- you just wait a second and say, "Hello." It works fine, but you do need to do it a couple times to get used to the very slight delay. Training for voice commands was simple and it works fine.

Anyone wearing a Bluetooth headset looks like a geek so get used to it. At least this makes me look like I'm a communications officer on the original Star Trek (the Lt. Uhura position).

Its battery is limited to a couple hours use but the base unit has a battery in it and when you place the earpiece into the base, it tops off the unit's battery. You can place the earpiece into the little base (it's only 1 1/4 x 3 inches) and keep it in your briefcase, purse or on your desk plugged in to maintain the charge. It holds a charge better than the H500 I used before

Bottom line, the only way it could be better is if it were a totally in-the-ear headset like a high priced hearing aid and answered instantly, but for my money, this is a MUCH BETTER unit.

"H9 Earbud Review", The ear bud is small and fits entirely inside the ear. This makes hearing in high noise backgrounds better than the outside ear buds. Downside is that the earbud is not held in place and fast head movement can result in ear bud falling from ear. Ear bud charging also requires a mini-tower which requires one more thing to be carried during travel. Audio quality is ok but rather tinny. It is a serviceable piece of equipment but not the breakthrough design I was expecting. Would not recomment

"H-9", Works well. Leaving it in the ear for a long period of time is somewhat annoying and somtimes you forget about it. It makes my ear itchy at times. Have to get used to using it. Otherwise, it works as intended.
