"A real screamer!", Very good delivery. After an attempted break-in, I purchased and attached these units to my doors. I also paid attention to earlier Amazon reviewers of this product and bought a roll of double-side tape instead of using the tape that came with the product. If you haven't made other arrangements to protect your windows and doors, consider these.

"Great Purchase", I bought these for my mother who lives alone for her windows & doors. They were easy to install and I did use velcro to hang them instead of the supplied glue strips due to other reviews stating they fell after a short period of time. I think she feels more secure, they are loud.

"Inexpensive alarms", I purchased these alarms to put on some windows in our walkout basement. The alarms are not real loud, but loud enough to be heard upstairs. The dogs definitely heard them and raised a ruckus because they hurt their ears. Easy to install and inexpensive.

"These work great for little kids and a great night time reassurance for break-in's", We bought these years ago when our son was 2 and we had foster kids. We use them on doors as well as windows. They are great at night when my wife is alone. She feels safer woth these. The batteries have not been replaced for 4 years and they are still working awesome. We turn them on every night. This is alot cheaper than an alarm. We recommend these to everyone.

"Added security at bargain prices", I ordered four Intermatic Wireless Window Alarms and had no problems installing them on various windows. All four alarms were loud enough for my purpose and that is to maybe scare off the intruder or alert me that something is wrong.

I only turn our alarms on when we are leaving the premises, so my battery replacement won't be as often as others who leave theirs set to on much or all of the time.

I did use the transparent double-sided tape (it is lined with red adhesive that is to be pulled off before applying tape) which I bought in the paint/hardware department. I don't think the alarms will be falling off even in our desert heat. Make sure you clean the surface well before applying the alarms.

Great little alarms for that added protection without spending a lot.

"Not so great", I purchased this based on the great recommendations and i am dispointed. after just a couple days it has already fallen. So if you et it you will need double sided tape. very irritating. otherwise noise level is good...you would definitely hear it if someone tried to break in.


"No one's getting in our window without us knowing", We bought this for the room at the far end of the house from our bedroom. I've long worried that if someone forced or broke that far window at night, we'd never hear it. With this alarm there's virtually no way someone will get in that window without the siren going off, and that should be enough to scare them away. If not, we'll be there with our dogs and baseball bat to welcome them.

This window alarm is very easy to set up. Because we live in hot FL and it's a south-facing window, I took the advice of some other reviewers and fixed the halves with velcro rather than using the included sticky foam. I also placed it at the bottom of the window rather than either side to make it even more difficult for an intruder to avoid tripping it.

"Excellent security device", I bought this for my daughter's apartment windows. They were easy to put up and very secure. The sound is very loud and easy to use.
