"As Advertised"
Handy to have when plugging in a bunch of cords with the transformers on the end.

"Calamari strip - Very useful powerstrip"
Pros:
-The main problem with conventional power strips is that once you start plugging those power adapters that come with your gadgets, one of those alone can take up 2 to 3 outlets in shear space. With these, you can plug up to 5 individual adapters. If that is your case, then this is very useful to you.
-You can buy it in pure all-white (if that is what you prefer-Target has it) if you shop around.
-the main cord (not shown) that you attached to the wall is quite long which allows you more flexibility in reach.

Cons:
-You may think first that it is unique, strange and even a conversational piece, but after that and having given it a second look, it does not look as pleasing as you would like it to be. Particularly if you have 5 power adapters attached to it. It is also huge.
-For 2$ more you can buy their version that has a built-in surge protection.

"Power Sentry 5-Outlet PowerSquid Power Multiplier"
The specifications from the supplier were very adequately defined and the product was exactly what I needed. The item was shipped as promised on time and received on time. I would have no problem purchasing from this supplier again. This item is a real space saver compared to a regular power strip.

"does the job"
The Power sentry does the job as advertised. It is more bulky than the photographs would suggest. These also have a "plasticky" smell to them, which can't be good for you to breathe in. After a few days, the off-gassing subsides and you have an inert piece of plastic doing its job - distributing power receptacles so that variations in power cords can be addressed adequately.

"Eh, its ok, but I like my tripplite powerstrip better"
I bought this and a tripplite powerstrip to try to solve my power block issues, but like the tripplite *much* more - this thing is big and ugly, the tripplite sidles 24 *spaced* outlets right up tight against the wall - more expensive but well worth it - it may be the last power strip you ever need.

"Does waht it says", The powersquid is great for plugging in power bricks which don't fit on a regular power strip.

"Squidddy", Every find yourself trying to plug something in however being blocked by another plug that happens to be cumbersome but equally important? Then you juggling between plugs like some sort of jerk who can't decide what's needed and whats not.
First, never take on a profession where multiple people's lives hang in the balance. It already seems you don't work well with those sort of choices.
Second, but this plug. It had five outlets. The cord is very long, and then the little tentacles fit everything. I bought two or three. Don't rememeber. either way. I have one.

"A useful power aid for computer users", I have several external USB computer devices whose power supply is a small black box that plugs directly into a 120 volt power outlet. Hence I need a multiple-outlet extension for handling these devices. Commonly a multiple-outlet surge strip is used for such a purpose. However, when the small power supply is directly plugged into one of the outlets on the typical surge adapter, the little black box may block the use of the some of the outlets on the adapter.

The advantage of the PowerSquid is that five of these power supplies may be plugged into the squid-like arms, thus eliminating the problem that occurs with a straight-line, multiple-outlet extension (either with or without surge protection). Currently each accessory that is plugged into this PowerSquid contains a power supply with the power plugs attached directly to the power supply.

The only disadvantage of this unit, apart from its relatively high price, is its size. But I find that this is a small "con", given its very special functionality.


"Recomend it instead of power strips", Fast delivery, well packaged, very convenient product. Most of small appliances come with bulky power adapters to convert from 110 or 220 to 12v DC or similar. The problem with power strips is that the can only receive 2 or 3 maximum of these bulky power adapters. This is where the squid saves the day...!

"Works great!", Hang it on the wall or lay it on the floor. It looks a bit unwieldy, but having the flexibility to move the plug where you want it is a real spacesaver.

"Simply great!", I purchased three of these. One for each of my computers, and one to handle all those pesky power-tool chargers in the garage. As I stated, "Simply Great!"

"Extremely useful!", This is a great product. Helps cut down on clutter and allows all kinds of adapters to connect at once. Highly recommended.

"Take care of those space-hungry power supplies", It seems like every electronic gadget comes with a power supply that has a bulky plug that occuplies at least two plug-in spaces on your power strip. The squid is the answer. Now you can plug your power supplies in, one per outlet. This device is well worth the money in simplifying the tangle under you desk.
