"Great Durable Case", This case is the best. If I had not had it, my iPod would never have lasted this long and looked as new as it does because I have dropped my iPod many many times and it still works fine and looks fine. It looks great on my iPod so I don't take it off to much exept to charge in on my iHome alarm clock. This case is a great product.

"Perfect", I've had my 80 GB Classic in this thing for over a year with absolutely no problems. I take it everywhere and the case and iPod still look brand new. This thing isn't going to protect your iPod from careless abuse, but it does offer sufficient protection for ordinary use.

"Outstanding Product!", Well, I received an iPod for my birthday. Before this case, I have used it on and off whenever the mood for music struck me. For a long time now I've only had the pouch that came with the iPod. Ever since the pouch became dirty and brittle at the edges, I knew a replacement was needed.

This case is actually very handy. A smooth "leather" surface keeps scratches away from the iPod surface, while a weak magnet keeps the flap closed. (i think it's a magnet because other metals are attracted to it, but it hasn't interfered with my iPod nor other electronics, thus far). The hole for the touch-wheel does not diminish your game play of vortex or bejeweled. I feel safe with it at my side, and now the mood for music strikes me more often than it used to.

I can think of two things that discount the coolness of this case. One, the edges are exposed, slightly. Although, I can not think of any scenario where this would be bad, except when you are going crazy with music, thrashing the air with a your fists and your iPod. Two, the surface feels nice and smooth, but it also feels like wear-n-tear could very easily set in without due care.

All in all, a very nice case.

"Very nice", I have tried several cases for my video iPod and this is the one I am sticking with. It can clip to my belt, is easy to use and protects the screen and device in-use and when not in-use. The cover stays closed with a magnet but no snaps or other things to getting at the iPod when you want to and with one hand. Highly recommended.

"Horrible...*Warning*!!! Doesn't Protect Corners!!!!", This case is horrible. I accidentally dropped my Ipod while getting out of the car the other day, while it was in this case... No worries right? I mean the case should fully protect it from any damage, huh? I couldn't be farther from the truth. My Ipod now has a gigantic abrasion on the upper right corner and part of the black plastic on the front has come clean off. I have never been so disappointed with a product since the Xbox 360. Why in the hell can't people make something that actually works??? Now my Ipod is worthless. It's horrible to look at and if I were ever to sell it, I wouldn't get jack for it. Thanks DLO.. oh and btw... you guys owe me a new Ipod Video...

"DLO PodFolio HipCase (30 GB iPod Video)", Long story short...This is the best iPod case you can get...i've tried several cases and skins and this is the only case that I feel completely protects it, is easy to use, and is very affordable. I would suggest any DLO product to all of my friends.
If you're like me, and you want to protect your iPod and hate those scratches and smudgy marks...this is the solution. I absolubtly love this case...It's snazzy looking too!
Also featured on this case is a belt clip on the back...It's very useful for carrying it around. It also features holes for the headphone jack and charger port. There is also a hidden compartment when you flip the case up, very useful for change.

Anyways, Long story short...BUY THIS PRODUCT...I can personally speak for anyone who loves to keep their iPod clean and stylish, I personally recomend this.

"A great product", If you own a iPod or any other mp3 player you need to protect your investment. After looking for some time I found this leather folio to be the best value. It looks sharp and provides easy access to all the controls while offering great protection

"Most compatible case for 30 GB iPod Video", This seems to be the best case I've found for the 30 GB iPod Video. The leather fits snugly, but allows easy access to all ports. The leather is soft with a very nice look and feel.

Problems: As you can see in the picture, the case leaves some parts of the iPod exposed. The leather protects from bumps and scratches but does little in an all-out drop. I suggest purchasing a clear screen cover in addition to prevent scuffs while the case is "open". Also, the belt clip, while useful, is not detachable. Finally, the unique design of the top makes the use of any type of headphones besides the usual iPod style very difficult, and it tends to bend the cord when the case is opened.

"Wow!", I bought this case for myself over Christmas. I had read every review here on Amazon. Initially, I was a little nervous because I read a lot of people saying it didn't fit their 60/80 GB iPod. I personally have a 80 GB. As soon as the iPod was out of the box, I put it in this case. Now I have to say, it was a bit of a struggle getting it in. It took about five minutes (and there is about an 1/12 of an inch of the iPod that won't go in any further).

But after that, it felt very secure and durable. I have been using this since Christmas Day (so about a month now). It is wonderful!!! The belt clip feature (which I don't really use) seems very strong. The pocket in the flip cover is VERY tight, I'll warn you. I'm not sure it would hold a credit card, because of the numbers that rise out of it. All I keep is an ID in case it got lost (or stolen!!). It has a hole in the bottom for the USB cable (I got worried for a while that I'd have to pull out and put the iPod back in after every time I charge it.).

But all in all, I give it five stars, because it's worth it. I was reluctant to spend twenty dollars, but I've seen my friend's iPod been COVERED in scratches because she didn't buy any case for it. Buy this one, you will NEVER regret it.
