"Power strip liberator", I used this as an extension cord more than a power strip liberator, but for my application it was exactly what I was looking for.

"Maybe it's my electrical outlets", but when I plug these cords into an outlet, they curve upwards towards the 2 o'clock position due to the angled plug. Now, if my outlets were flipped upside down, then the cord would be angled down towards the 7 o'clock position as I think it is meant to be. I've checked with friends and relatives on the position of their outlets and everyone else's are the same as mine. Other than that though, these are quality products and are the perfect length that I was looking for.
