"Really good towels, especially for the price"
I bought two sets of these towels, one in Harvest and one in Cocoa. I give the Cocoa 5 stars, but the Harvest only 4.

The color on the Harvest is not exactly what was pictured - it's a much deeper golden shade. I actually like it a lot better than what was pictured, but it's something to be aware of. More importantly... on the first wash, the stitching on one of the hand towels came loose on one side, leaving me with a slightly unravelling hand towel. I'd return it, but I'm a guy - I don't really use the hand towels so much anyway (I bought the set primarily for the bath towels and wash cloths) and even if I did, I'd probably just fold them so the edges didn't show. Definitely not worth returning, and I'm still very happy with them. But it does mean the Harvest set doesn't quite merit the full 5 stars.

The Cocoa towels I received didn't exhibit either of these issues. Color matched what was pictured perfectly, and they all survived the first wash no problem. In fact, all of them (both colors) have since been washed several times with no further issues. They all feel soft and are plenty absorbent. I haven't had any issues with color fading in the wash, and a couple of them have even done "emergency clean-up duty" from accidents in the kitchen. No staining, did their job, no problems. And they came at a pretty unbeatable price - I can't get this many towels this nice at any of the local "super stores" for this price.

This towel set can only be described as plush. The soft cotton in these towels feels wonderful on your body as it quickly absorbs moisture. Though they are thick and luxurious, they dry quickly. Want to buy more, but the cream color was out of stock the last time I looked.

"Soft but sheds like crazy!", The towels are really soft and absorbent but they shed like crazy. I've only washed them once so I'll just have to see how they hold up after a few more washes.

"poor quality of towels", After only the first washing, the binding/seam on one side of 2 towels
is already coming apart -- thread is coming out and seam is shredded.
also, inside decorative hem is shredded in a couple of spots on one of the towels. Purchased Pike St 100% Egyptian cotton towel set

Read this reviews before You buy...

"FRAYED EDGES", I WASHED THREE DOUBLE SETS OF TOWELS AFTER RECEIVING. THEY FLUFFED-UP NICELY; BUT, I FOUND THAT TWO OF THE TOWELS HAD UNRAVELLED AT THE EDGES. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE VERY ABSORBANT, THEY ARE NOT VERY STURDY. THAT TO ME WAS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. THE PRICE IS RIGHT; BUT, NOT THE PRODUCT!

"Worth $21.00 - Not $130.00", I would never pay $130.00 for these towels. It was a disappointing purchase. They appear plush in the photo but arrived a thin, disappointing rough product. I bought them as a gift - but I would never give them to anyone. You get what you pay for!

"soft, thick, and absorbant", I bought two sets of these towels and love them! They dry you very well, hold up in the washing machine, and are thick. Definitely a bargain and worth more than what they sell for.

"Fades after washing", There are blotches of fading; looks disgusting after washing in normal wash cycle, using Wisk detergent. I think quality of material is inferior.

"You get what you pay for - they are not high end", It is an outright lie to say that these towels retail for over $100. Only online can you lie so blatantly.

The towels are fine and look much better once you have given them a wash, but they are no better than any towel set you can get at target in my opinion. It is not like you are getting ripped off at the $30 range, but you are certainly getting no deal.
