beat the high price of canon ink cartridges with this generic ... you have to take the chip out of the cartridge that you are replacing but it's easy to do

"shipped fast, but package busted"
I received my ink cartridge in a timely manner, but the other contents were smashed which makes me wonder if the ink cartridge is damaged. I haven't replaced my old catridge with this one. Note: even my invoice was like someone smashed it and then put it back together!

"CHEAPER than the local electronics or office supply store!", Can't beat amazon for the Canon cartridges and they are the real thing not some substitute and I have ordered more than once so give it a try and with free shipping and no tax to most states it will save a bundle over time. Locally here in NYC they are $15 each or more. Sadly now Amazon has to charge us NYrs tax on things since some law was passed by the state. Anyhow try the canon from Amazon!

"Excellent Ink", This ink prints black in a nice clear way. No problems with streaking, clogging or anything. Does the job well.

"canon ink cartridges", canon cartridges are good quality, but the addition of a chip to encourage you to buy more at a predetermined usage is very unwelcome.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Great price", The product is an ink tank (not much to say). However, the prices offered at Amazon are the best bargain around by far.

"Canon Ink Tanks", These tanks work well of course and the Canon printer prints near photo quality images. No complains about the system except for the cost of the 6 tanks needed to run the process; that is why 4/5 stars. Right now another difficulty lies in finding 1 vendor who carries all 6 colors; Amazon does not directly so I had to use 3 different vendors to get all 6 tanks. I'm sure that will change in time.
