"Quality Product",
I barely find a coaster on the Verbatim DVD-R's. It is as par as with the Maxells, Sony's, TDKs and RiDatas that I have used before. Try to stay away from unknown brands that is kind of a hit or miss. The thing with DVD's or CD's is that when you find a bad one, it seems to be bunched into the same stack as they were manufactured at the same place and at the same time. My recommendation is not to burn DVDs or CDs using the maximum speed, the chance of a bad burn tend to be much much less if you use the next slower speed indicated on the media. Same as filling up the data capacity, 4200mb seems to work best for me as filling up the DVD to the edge may become problematic.

"CHOICE", I have used most of the other well-known brands - Sony, TDK, Maxell, etc. - and none of the others have delivered as consistent result as Verbatim. I give up trying others just because they're on sale. They're on sale because that's the only way most people will buy those brands. Verbatim is by far the most dependable brand I have ever used. It will always be my brand of CHOICE.

"Great media.", Verbatim is compatible with my computer and my DVD recorder, works well in both and never end up with any coasters.

"Great Media", These work great. Burned a bunch of home movies onto these and all burns have worked great. Burning times were cut in half after I upgraded the firmware on my DVD drive.

"Great Media", I use this media for all backups and have never had a problem. I use a Pioneer DVR-111D burner. Verbatim is THE best you can buy.

"I was sent the wrong items by a company", Amazon is a great place to go to, however the suppliers that ship orders that we purchase products from can seriously ruin a good thing. In my situation, I was shipped the wrong items from the company I ordered from. So I asked amazon about it but all they could do is forward me to the supplier. When going through this with the supplier, and afte rcontinuous emails for over a week and reminders sent about a refund over a week after that, I am hearing my credit card will be updated. Very agravating to be shipped product not ordered or needed and then have to send it back, which also included a loss on the UPS Shipping fees. To me, knowing there are poor companies that amazon potentially deal with, and the fact that I lost this money for shipping and had an aggravating experience and lastly the fact that Amazon said deal with the company itself if you want action when they are the ones that authorize who can sell here, Lets just say I'm done with this and will go to more secure companies that if a problem arrises can assure me a full complete satisfactory refund.
