"Response to Mark's Self-Congratulations", When we were notified by email of the 'issue,' we called the buyer. He told us that there was an 'error' message but it happened too fast he couldn't tell us what the error was! This was the clue we had to work on!
It is mighty easy to publicly pat oneself in the back and decry other's incompetence when no details are provided. The 'issue' remains as mysterious as the inventive 'solution'.
Our software is mainly for nutrition analysis, nowhere in the software description do we claim that it contains a recipe database. Criticizing a nutrition analysis software for lack of recipes is like criticizing a nutrition class in college for not also teaching students to cook.



"Review", Item arrived but would not install, contacted customer service (e-mail) and they responded with in a few hours. Unfortunately they were unable to help me, i was able to figure out the issue myself.

Meal generator is a nice feature, however it does not include associated recipes. Looks like i will have to build my own recipe database.

"Response to Mark the Gun Jumper", When we were notified by email of the 'problem,' we called the buyer. He told us that there was an 'error' message but it happened too fast he couldn't tell us what the error was! He had some anti-virus software installed on his PCs though. After installing the anti-virus software on our machines and testing the program there, we couldn't recreate the problem and called him back for more info. He told us that the program ran fine after all.
Perhaps a more reasonable person would give a 15-year-old company with more than 30 products on the market some benefit of the doubt. But it's probably too much to expect reasonableness from someone who intended to shoot first and ask questions later.

"Nutrigenie", Off to a dubious start; software will not run. Guess i will find out how well their costumer service is.
