"Durable? I think not...", I read every single review for every speed rope available on amazon.com. I thought that I would make an intelligent decision and buy this rope based on the positive reviews from others.

What they said was true. It is good for people 6'0 tall and it can be adjusted. It looks nice and has a nice rubber rope cover.

I put this rope to its test and was doing fast double jumps, tricks, etc...

At first I thought this rope was perfect. I was finishing up my casual warm up when the rope snaps in two and hits me on the face. Outside that black cover is an incredibly thin rope ( clever using cheap material inside? ) .

I am pissed of now because I need to continue my workout so I put duck tape over it, and will use it temporarily. Now I am going to order an everlast rope. I hope it doesn't suck as much as this one.

"Very good!", Very good value for its price. My kids use it and they love it. Although if you are new to skipping you should consider a softer thread. Otherwise its great product.

"Overrated!", I'm really surprised at how highly rated this jump rope is. First of all, I think the claim that this rope is adjustable is a little misleading. To adjust it, you have to remove the caps and tie the ends in the appropriate spot. It would be nice if it came with clamps of some sort that you could clamp on in the right spot to adjust. My other complaint is that it gets far too twisted up! I store mine by hanging it up to reduce tangling, but the rope tends to twist up in the middle as I'm jumping, forcing me to stop jumping and fix the rope.

"I hate to do a bad review", When you use this rope, it twist itself after a few seconds and you have to stop, disentangle and use it again.

Not for me. You can't use it for more than a few seconds.

"It's good, but wire is weak", It's good, but wire is weak.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Don't count on adjustability", The ony thing I can say about this is that if you think you will be dependant on the adjustability you might want to pass this up. Luckily for me the length is still workable (im 5'6") but if you think you will need to shorten the rope for whatever reason do not count on it. To adjust it what you do is just push the some of the rope down into the handle and in my experience unless you continue to hold on to the rope directly while you jump it will simply expand back out to its full size.

"Definitely not a speed rope!!", I have owned many different ropes and this is the heaviest one I have ever used. The advertisement describes it as a "speed rope". That description is totally misleading. If you want a true speed rope, order one of the ropes from Buddy Lee on this site.

"Great value for the Price", Bought this to use in workouts in my basement. Great for the price. Recommend this.

"Good jump rope", This is a good jump rope, which can go very quickly (150+/min). Smooth action, but will mark floor (as all PVC will do). Be sure to hang it from the middle of the rope overnight to straighten it out. It's better to hang if from two hooks about 18 inches apart. This is definitely good value for the money.

"Simple and effective", Adjusting the ropes is a bear, but afterward... no issues at all and smooth bearing movement.
