What our customer's say!

"Behringer headphones better than I thought. Good deal.", These headphones sound remarkably good for the money. I recently bought a pair of Sennhauser (spelling?) headphones which while rated significantly higher were much more cheaply made, less comfortable and didn't sound nearly as good. I'm not an audiophile but for most purposes, I think you'll be happy with these especially for a pair of headphones under $30.00.

"Just average sounding headphones", COMFORT:
When I first put on the headphones, they didn't completely seal over my ears because the top part of the ear cushions pressed against the top part of my head above my ear, leaving the bottom open, and unsealed. This didn't really affect the bass in any noticeable way, it was just uncomfortable and let in some of the outside noise. Couldn't wear these for more than about four hours without becoming uncomfortable because of the top part of the ear cushions pressing against my head. The headband is very short, vertically. With the headphones extended all the way below the headband, they were barley big enough to fit on my head. (I don't have a big head, neither a small one, just a normal one.)

To fix this I took apart the headphones and pulled the headband strip all the way out of the ear cups, put the ear cups back together, then pushed the the strips back in until they wouldn't go in anymore because of the part that stops them from coming completely out. Then I taped it together, then added some padding to the top of the headband so it would rest against my head better since the headphones were now slightly oversized. Now they're more comfortable and seal better, though they look do goofy.

SOUND QUALITY:
The sound of the bass and treble is like what you would get from average store bought headphones, with a bass boost bass.

TREBLE:
These are not HiFi professional quality headphones. These headphones sound like small speakers inside of ear cups. The treble has a few of dips and peaks. None of them stand out over the full sound range, but it's fatiguing to listen to anything with these headphones. Turning up the volume won't help a bit, just make it sound worse.

BASS:
These headphones have a nice sounding bass boost, just right. It sounds like the bass boost switch on a cd player is turned on. The overall audible bass extends from a few hundred Hz to 55-60Hz, nice 'beefy sounding' bass. The bass extends only to about 40Hz, not to 20Hz like advertised, although if you play some really loud bass at 30 or 20Hz, you'll hear it. These headphones have a bass port inside the ear cups.

OTHER:
The advertised sensitivity is stated as 105dB@1kHz, but when I compared them to my Sony headphones which had a 102dB sensitivity, these sounded like 108dB. They do sound extra loud. These do a good job at blocking outside noise. These headphones are rated as able to handle 100mW, not much you think, but with that extra senitivity it sounds like 1000mW, either way they can be very loud. With a sensitivity of 102dB/mW and a maximum power handling of 100mW, these can get up to 125dB in you ears.

OVERALL RATING:
-2 for professional sound quality,
-1 for bad fit,
+1 for average sound and extra bass,
+1 for extra sensitivity, extra loud sounding headphones.

These are not professional quality sounding headphones, just average sounding headphones, with extra bass.
I don't recommended them for professionals, only for average users.

"Great sound for the price", I bought 2 sets of these headphones for my portable DVD player when travelling on a plane. They block out the external noises so that you can hear the DVD sound. My only gripe is the 1/4 inch plug that comes with the headphones, requiring the purchase of an adaptor from Radioshack to fit the headphone socket from my DVD player.

"This headphone's alright but...", It takes about 2 weeks to ship since it's from an outside vendor. The headphone is a bit tight on both ears & it completely covers them, making your ears sweaty after a while.
The sound's ok but I couldn't hear a big difference between those & my Sony's. The biggest drawback is that they come w/ a 1/4" stereo plug. That plug doesn't fit on your pc or ipod. You'll need to buy an adapter that converts it to 1/8" stereo mini jack if you want to use it for that purpose. I found one at RadioShack for $3.

"awesome Value Killer performance", I used these headpones last night. I've been a DJ @ a nightclub for 4 years and these are by far the best headphones I've had that were sub $20. They do well at blocking out outside noise as well as great range response in what you hear and it's well capable of boiling your brain from the volume level it's capable of producing!
